Hope everyone is having a great week. For those that do not know, we recently started a second RUclips channel dedicated to True Crime Stories from around the world that will be fully narrated by myself. We will begin uploading to that channel right after the holidays so if you would like to head over and subscribe so you do not miss the premiere upload then here is the link ruclips.net/channel/UCUzkafj3xTDZl8lGz3Sf_WA

He is apparently a very cold hearted beast, it's a shame she was with him because it cost her her life.

I was researching this case when I found some sad information. His wife, Jeneen, reported that her husband attacked her 3 weeks prior to killing her. She did not want to press charges but in Sunrise, Florida where she lived the victims cooperation is not necessary when injuries are evident. They could have arrested him and she might have been safe.
He probably wouldn't have been locked up for that long. Chances are it would have made him more mad so if anything he may have done it sooner if that happened. I think he should have been arrested too I just don't think the outcome would have changed unless she took off while he was arrested.
Yes Joshua, which is one of the reasons people don’t report it. They get right out and in many cases come out even madder than they were. If you know they’re a bad person and want to get away, have them arrested and have a plan in place to move before they get out.

this one is interesting, i had an aunt that disappeared from her abusive husband (his not apart of the family any longer, and this was a year or so before i was even born) and didnt contact anyone. for years, she talked to no one and told no one her story. the family assumed that he was responsible but could never prove anything no matter what they tried... about 5 years ago she contacted my grandmother to attend a family reunion. everyone was shocked and honestly they seemed angry, she ended up not coming to the reunion but shes now fully part of the family again. she claims he had crossed a line and she was so broken that she needed a fresh start, and therapy. she has a new husband and two kids with him and shes happier than ever. sometimes there are happy endings and im thankful that shes around today, her little family is wonderful and are happier than ever, while the rest of the family may not be perfect, she is living proof that you can take matters into your own hands and live your life by your own terms no matter what your family or your abusers think or do

“I didn’t do it”, he says and throws up his hands. Famous lyric part.
Watching enough interrogation and police questioning, that when the police ask “You know why we brought you in?” And the first thing said is, “I got nothing to hide” and not “I don’t know, where’s my wife?”; the police know your guilty or had a malicious part in the situation.
Doesn't matter what they think it is what they can prove. Half of these people would have probably gotten away with their crimes if they just said lawyer and nothing else. I am glad they were caught but never talk to the police even if you are innocent

Good thing: criminal masterminds are extremely rare.
Exactly!
@@commissaryarrick9670 It always boggles my mind the way the police say that they know exactly what happened but just need the person to tell them and the person actually does. Even if the police suspect something they don't necessarily know it for sure and that's the reason why they're questioning the suspect to begin with. Even if the police have concrete proof a lawyer will find a way to spin it but it doesn't help if you already spill your guts to the police.

I took a lie detector once and it was the worst experience of my life. If my wife ever went missing, I would never take a lie detector test again. Since it’s not admissible in court, it’s literally only used to validate that you’re a suspect.
Lie detector machine is bogus anyway what its really about is adding credibility to the reading of body language. The person running the session is really there doing nothing more than reading whoever is hooked up to the machines body language which though it can be telling also has a HUGE margin of error
I wouldn't take one either. It reads spikes in your blood pressure, pulse and respiration which are of course going to spike during the pertinent questions. Also, the usually only ask "suspects in training - I call them" to take them. They can't "say" they are suspects so if they MUST, then they call them "persons of interest", until that lie detector. I was thinking that it's a shame they couldn't do that.
If they got the confession when he was going through withdrawal, the confession could be thrown out in court.
I like the arrest footage in the docu too. It's always left out in the other vids
"I didn't do this crime!"
Literally talks, acts and looks like a stereotypical Italian mobster from an 80s crime drama.
Your channel is hidden gem mate!
It is not hidden. You mean undiscovered.
Subscribed. Being from the tri-state area of NJ, NY, and PA, this guys demeanor is way too common. Hard to believe he is a life long criminal who never learned to not speak with police, and that he wasn't any safer opening up just because they left the interrogation room and went out to eat. Not too bright that's for sure.
I took Criminal Justice classes is college as fun electives. I wish you had been my professor! Love your explanations of methodology and criminal psychology. A+
The problem is when most educated people try to explain something, they use big impressive words as they do their best to sound intelligent. Most people do not speak like that so I try to explain things in the most simplistic way I can.
Which shows that you really understand what you are talking about 👍👍👍
I often think that a lot of ppl that want to show off hide their lack of knowlege behind big words.
Lots of talking without saying anything
@@sideglancesalespeople are professionals at doing this!
“end of the show
star spangled banner

tv goes off
you know how that works”
read him lmao
All you have to do is wait out the guy until he starts going through withdrawals. Then he’d start talking
I very much so like putting the crime at the beginning of the video; whether it’s the 911 call, or the news, I like a little backstory.
I also like seeing them get arrested at the end.
Wow, Jeanine was absolutely beautiful. He never deserved her.
I was thinking the same thing. He killed the best thing in his disgusting life.
What? You don't gotta say she's beautiful just cuz she's dead
@@gregkis How about Hot AF!
@@stinkletoes8285 that's gross
Filter on that photo?
They probably could have broken him sooner if they kept him until he started withdrawing from the hairyron
For sure. I don't know why they didn't just hold him for 8 hours and then start questioning him.
I think that could actually be an argument for an appeal . Saying you were suffering from withdrawal might make anything said during the interview not admissible in court . Kind of like beating a confession out of someone doesn't work . Not sure of the law but forcing someone to confess during withdrawal might be similar to torture
@@commissaryarrick9670 they wouldnt be forcing you but youd be more likely to break under pressure. Im a former heroin addict myself and I can attest to the fact that withdrawing is close to torture lol
Omg withdrawing from heroin in an interrogation room.. I’d rather die.
Tf is a hairyron?
Heroin doesn't make you angry. It does the exact opposite. Stop blaming shitty human behavior on drugs.
Tells the cops he found his wife lying dead on the floor in their home, threw her body in the trash bin and reported her as missing. Is astonished when the cops arrest him.
When the interrogator loved to hear himself speak.
The detective acting crazy asking “why am I still here questioning you” 😭 🤡 detectives like these really make me wonder if they were actually ever trained. They make good detectives look like rocket scientists
lol I was thinking something similar! Correct me if I'm wrong, because it's quite possible I didn't hear it clearly or misunderstood...but not too long after the "if we know everything then why am i even here still questioning you" comment I swore he says something along the lines of "we already know everything" COMPLETELY contradicting what he just said 3 mins ago!🤦🏼 I was like ummm what a fool lol
@@lindsayburns1377 so glad you caught that like I did 😂 I was waiting for someone to comment back saying I was an idiot and if it was so easy I would be a detective as well 🤣😭
@@Offu-cz9wl LOL!!!🤣 You're definitely NOT an idiot! But regardless you'll prob still get those kind of comments🙄 People can be such dumbasses!😂 I'm so glad you caught all of that as well, & I'm not alone in thinking "wtf" while watching this, lol! Talk about dumb detectives!🤦🏼😭
The officers was acting like that based on the criminal they are trying to catch. They get people to confess, them saying they already know is a bluff. They were basically trying to bully a confession out of him. The narrator literally explained their tactics and you still made this comment.
@@LunarChaos you commented multiple times on people’s comments on this case trying to explain that that was actually a tactic. You sound a lil slow if you believe that was actually that detectives “tactics” 😞😔 happy holidays
When they said they were going to get him chick fil a I definitely did not think that meant they would actually take him there what the heck 🤨😂
I wouldn't do to well if a police interagator was yelling at me. People that yell at me, make me burst out laughing. 😂
"And she continued to stay..." Such a sad refrain we hear all too often.
eventually u gotta take off that jcs inspired from the title, it's all u red tree
@@ktcooki276 i am aware of that, and I know it's no credit it's inspiration but I'm just saying eventually he should take it off his titles since he's already gained a fair amount of subscribers and is original already. There's a bunch of channels on RUclips that have jcs inspired on them and some of them are not very good while some others are, I've stumbled upon 3 really good channels in the last week with similar content too
The detective sounded like that short dude off Seinfeld when he was yelling.
I would love to take a deep dive into the psychological effects of spontaneous confessions... I've watched 1,000's of interrogations and the one thing I can't fully understand is why suspects - who could otherwise play the innocence card quite easily - seem to forgoe their own need for self preservation and spontaneously confess to the crimes with little to no nudging or "reward". It blows my mind why or how people who could walk out of the door of the interrogation room just choose to confess out of the blue for trivial rewards like a cigarette or a fast food meal. I've watched a man confess to slaying his wife for a Newport 100.. Seriously there HAS to be some mental dilemma that can be explored further because it is more than just a trend ... Lbvs
Do you mean their state of mind after confessing, or what primes them into confessing?
Agreed! Maybe their brains ARE wired different because wow that's dumb.
I’m not a psychologist but it seems like in a lot of these, the interrogees confess for the relief of burden. It’s a weight lifted off of their shoulders to share the truth as opposed to the mentally exhausting task of lying and trying to hide all signs of guilt. The cigarette or burger or phone call offers the suspect to receive a reward before giving an admission. Being kind to the suspect via gifts seems like it relieves a disproportionate amount of tension because it’s a positive but indirect reinforcement that telling the truth is a good thing
It’s bc mainly they think they can talk themselves out of trouble but in an interrogation room you can only talk yourself into trouble. Lawyer is the only word to say to police.
Cuz they’re screwed either way so they might as well get one last burger or cigarette
Never talk without that lawyer.
This is what happens when you grow up and never leave "da old neighborhood"
When "yo Ma makes da best spaghetti in da whole neighborhood while you and Vinnie and Tony plawy stickbawl in da stweet"
