      I fell into this vid due to research in the fastest know cell growth past cancer growth. He talks antlers and bone marrow . Then getting it from farms growing beef?? Well, get your facts straight. You know as well as many cattle and horns are life growth as antlers are dropped every year. Come on this is a vid designed to sell products?

    I am going to be 76 years old this year. I have very good skin, hair, and nails. I never could figure out why until collagen became, THE THING. I am very fond of gristle in meat, and have always preferred the less meaty parts of chicken. My mom and I would take the wings and all that gristle. The legs, simmered, make the best tasting marrow. Another favorite is when I cook spareribs and sauerkraut, I remove the soft end of the bones, and if you bite down the marrow rolls out. It is so good. Here I was improving my hair, skin and nails without knowing it. I make my own skin cream now, using a good base cream, and adding vitamins, such as E, and Coq10, vitamin C, and little tweaks for foot cream, and reducing the heaviness in the face cream in summer. I feel we all require more emollients in winter. I have gotten many compliments, over the years, on my skin, hair and nails. When my husband had to undergo chemo eleven years ago, I researched the foods with the most protein. In my curious brain, I got the notion that protein would perhaps replace cells that chemo would destroy. Chicken was highest on the list. We had every kind of chicken those months, and he did EXCEPTIONALLY WELL. The doctors called him their miracle. He had stage three Esophageal cancer, and had his esophagus removed. Nutritious foods can heal our bodies.

      I haven't made my first batch yet but trying to figure the best way to use the marrow. So you mash it, strain it, and remove the solids of the marrow? I wanted to try keeping it in, but I don't want a ton of "scum" either. Does the marrow sink down? I'd just leave it in if it does probably.

      @@jeanmader2302 I should tell you that that was back when I first started making bone broth. I don't do it that way anymore. I extract the marrow from the bones when they come out of the oven and eat it. I then simmer the bones for 6 hours.

      @jeanmader2302 2 года назад +1

      @@jamessheridan4306 I guess it depends on the type of bones you get. Your talking larger, and I haven't been to a butcher to get mine. Boiling chicken bones makes them disintegrate when bit. It's an excellent source of calcium, cartilage and marrow. Bone is a good conductor of heat, making this method really effective. It's possibly the reason we started cooking, in the first place: to make marrow easily accessible.

    It looks pink and has blood vessels. Thing is cows don’t live long in the industry, not dairy cows and not bulls, so chances of getting an “old bone” are about zero from conventional farming. I eat it raw, like unsalted butter, could be put on bread, but F bread, put it on churrasco.

    3:42 You say "A-dino-pectin" repeatedly. Wrong. It's A-dipo-nectin. Misspeaking once can happen to anyone. Repeatedly misspeaking means you rehearsed this without proper knowledge and your team didn't correct you. That too is okay, you are not a medical professional but a very good actor, who can convincingly relay medical information to the benefit of the company who is paying you for this advert. Yes this is nothing but an advert 🤫. Replay the video, talk to your team, correct it, add a disclaimer that you are not a medical professional but an actor and continue with the good adverts 😊. Greetings, Dr. Surya Narayanan, MD, DDS, Germany

      Dr. Surya, many doctors are not talented speakers and may not perform well in front of a camera. Sometimes, it takes charismatic individuals to relay Heath information to the masses in a meaningful way, even if they are not doctors. Who cares if this video has an ad for a product if otherwise the rest of the content is both pertinent and accurate to our health?

    • @atamtaki9336
      @atamtaki9336 2 года назад

      Thank you dr Surya for your bold statement.
      Of course it's merely an advert. This guy is paid to give us this presentation but he has no idea what he's talking about.

    Anyone know where to buy just the yellow marrow already extracted in bulk?

  • @vichuakhila7454
    @vichuakhila7454 3 года назад

    One doubt, I eat a lot of meat and it's mostly farm grown broiler chickens and pork, and ofcourse I suck the bones. and we make spicy drinking food with pork bones and beef ribs as well. So considering these animals to be massively farmed, and fed for weight gain alone, is the bone marrow more harmful than healthy??

      Generally, there is no issue combining animal products and herbal supplements. However specific combinations should be looked at in more detail for certainty.

    I recently heard that bone marrow contains a lot of heavy metals like lead and that’s why you shouldn’t eat it a lot. Is there a way to remove them before cooking & consuming? Also, how many times can you roast the same bones-until they don’t produce anymore liquid? Thanks!
