Chef, can we have measurements of ingredients in grams? Because sometimes we use different sizes of measuring cups and tbsp/tsp based on the kinds or brands that we are using. Thank you
Hi Armie, sure, when I have time I can do the conversion. I just made everything in cups because some homebakers do not have weighing scales. But i’ll take note of this for my next videos.

gel based. water based colors wont blend well into the buttercream

Di naman. I kitchen tested the recipe na mas konti moisture sa buttercream. Just use a good butter.
