    I subscribed your channel few months before...I started to watch recently....the way you speak is truly motivating.I am a mom of two..my second baby is just 5 months old..so I was finding difficult to have a full session of exercises...but now after watching ur videos am splitting up the exercises having atleast an hour gap from my last meal or snack....will cont to watch ur videos...
