우와와와 계란으로 이렇게나 맜있게 볶음밥을 만들 줄은 상상도 못했네요 게다가 많은 기름에 계란을 한가득 넣어서 튀기는 장면이 정말이지 맜있어 보입니다. 저렇게 계란을 튀겨서 먹으면 정말이지 맜있을 거 같네요. 대만의 길거리 음식인 계란 볶음밥 한국에도 많이 나왔으면 좋겠습니다.

For the fried rice I use a masher....it is easier than a spoon (for me) i love to cook it several times a week! nice video!
以我炒饭20余年经验,把叉子换成铲勺会更有用,铲子要可以压的那种,炒饭要压热的快而且更香,看老板的稀乱的动作他应该自以为是看点😅😂

外面的炒饭很少吃,我只喜欢家里的炒饭,我们喜欢用隔夜饭来炒,外面的一般用新鲜煮的米饭吃起来湿湿的 够锅气感觉口感还是有差的,虽然家里炒不出外面那么有锅气不过口感可以弥补到。

I love egg fried rice! For me, the "white" kind without soy sauce tastes and looks much better.

In the first segment: I wish they invested in a large wok, perhaps the same diameter as this griddle, so that he loses less ingredients flying out of the pan because it's flat, not concave. Losing less ingredients wasted on the floor means less money buying ingredients, which means more income saved, over the long run.

Damn...this place is so gracious with the serving. That's not gonna happen to a Filipino restaurant ever... alot of eggs n shrimp plus another egg over it...WOW. Filipino restaurants are so skimpy with the serving. They count the pieces they put in your plate and charge more.

The first video segment... Why doesn't this restaurant provide its cooks with pans and utensils appropriate for the scale of what they're cooking, rather than flinging food all over the place with shallow pans and undersized utensils that are demonstrably unfit for the job? In aggregate, the cook flung several portions worth of food all over the place, disgustingly recouping some of it by scraping it back into the pan after it landed on who knows what (any respectable restaurant would never put food back in the pan after it landed on another surface), all while needlessly busting his ass with tiny utensils wholly unfit for the task at hand. Use the right equipment and this gets cooked with zero lost food and zero wasted time by workers.
