After washed the egss, should put back in clean plastic tray instead putting it back in the paper tray which is full of bacteria. Please appreciate the time and effort of person who washed all the eggs..
Looks really nice, but I really hope he puts the Prawns and Cockles (if available) in first before the Rice Noodles so that they come out well cooked... I like my Prawns and Cockles really well done to the point that they are really rubbery and bouncy...also you don't have to worry about any bacteria or parasites infecting you... Just my thoughts you know...
This is called an expensive version of economy koay teow. Cook a batch of koay teow just like economy koay teow and put aside. The only difference is he put prawn, duck egg and pork lard.
If yall think that is so dirty, then why you won't taste it. Why I know bc it's taste so delicious and it's smell so good, it can make me feel hungry. Right now, less people use coal to cook it

The last time I had cha kuey tiaw in penang was the last time I had food poisoning. I never had a problem with teochew kuey tiaw though.

师傅手法看起来不错 粿条分两次炒即方便又有锅气 不过为什么不是应该炸了猪油才炒粿条吗 怎么是炒了粿条才炸猪油咧?然后那个锅好像炒一次过后就随手刮几下就接着炒下一轮了 所以是不是吃下一盘的多少会吃到上一盘遗留在锅上的残渣…😅
