I strongly dislike that this is contributing to the misuse of the word aioli. Aioli is an emulsion of garlic and oil. Mayo is an emulsion of egg and oil. If your aioli starts with mayo, its not aioli, its flavoured mayo. You can have flavoured aiolis too, just use the words right so people know what they're eating. That said, flavours on this pizza look amazing, I'm definitely going to try this.
