Django the blowing of works with the compressor bc you are basically in the Desert with little to no humidity. If i would do this in California i would be in trouble. But Kudos to you for having found out a more efficient / timesaving way to renove dust from your mining rigs
Yea, wish it didn't take so much time so I could post more content! If things stay profitable for the next couple of months, I may be able to hire someone to help me keep everything online!
I began swapping out all my PSUs with the Mining Cave 1600W PSUs. The ones I bought in 2021 have worked non-stop with no problems for years now, while the Parallel Miner breakout boards I also used go out all the effing time. So I've just been moving to the Mining Cave PSUs. When you find something you trust and is reliable, just go all in on their brand. haha
It's their QC in 2022. My 2021 Breakout Boards are workhorses, but my 2022 ones are not. My best guess is they had alot of demand and started using sub-par capacitors to meet demand. I just ordered a new batch of 100 to see if the quality is any different. Because at $50 for 1400W, including wires. Hard to beat that price.
@@KiraIRL Makes sense. I began using breakout boards in 2022, but had failures as recent as Summer time from a replacement I purchased in early 2023. Maybe they'll make a comeback on quality.
For the mass size of your farm you should definitely think about just making your own cases find a sheet metal guy designed something for your motherboards way way way cheaper than buying something prefab from a supplier

I have heard that the ideal hot aisle width is about seven feet so you don't blow hot air into the back of the opposite miners. See ChumpChangeXD Mining's Terra Kansas visit where he boxes in hot aisles with styrofoam.
@@Defi-Django That would be great but hey definitely understand it’s hard when your running it all yourself at that scale. We appreciate when you do post. 🧐

Can you share some details etials about your data center. Did you buy or rent the space? How did you find it? What did it cost.? What does it cost to power and cool it? Etc
Dear Django that is why in the Center of Earthquake Country i’m scared of not just using but lining them up like you do. Almost every Autumn we have at least 1/3 3/4 Earthquakes at 3-4 on the quake scale. It’s scary. 😔
Holy Shoot that's a lot of rigs and a lot of work! Surprising to hear that the EVGA power supply fail more often than the Chinese counterpart. All those FE cards look amazing
EVGA are real garbage and warranty is total scam. I have 4 1600 T power supplies that don't work and the web site say 10y but when i return it to the supplier they told me 2 years. I paid 500 USD for it and it last barely 2 years each. Don't buy ever EVGA, rather go for Chinese or even better Cooler Master.
Yea definitely too much work! lol. Well when you have a lot of EVGA PSUs some are bound to fail. But I hit the lottery on these Chinese PSUs. I have dealt with a lot of other garage PSUs from china, and I wont risk going with a random china PSU. Corsair is the way!
Hey man! So I have a special deal, with my Landlord. and the electric is included in my lease. I don't know what the electric rate is in order for him to do this!
Yes I mined Pyrin a a little while when it got listed. But Since I pay by the rig and not by the power I use, Kawpow is more profitable. I'm Mining AIPG.
I'm lucky to be in a place with cheaper power. But even luckier that electric is included with my lease. I worked out a special l deal with Landlord, where I pay by the rig as my rent
You need to raise for fees for running & maintenance of cases for others bc even with the transfer into server cases every Card needs at least once a year new Thermal Pads & Paste especially since you are in a high temperature environment just like myself. Even though i am trained in the maintenance of GPU’s & it still takes me about 2 hours to do a good job of cleaning l& then installing new Thermal Pads & KPC cooling paste. The worst is that right now its close to impossible to get -20 watt thermal pads like Kritical & XPC bc that is simply the most common thickness for 3070/ti & 3080 Cards. Even the smaller size Cooler Master 2 mm Thermal Pads are almost out of stock unless you are willing to pay scalper prices on EBay. Greetings from California 😔
Might be a silly question but.............WHY??? You can't possibly be making any money mining with these things unless you're getting virtually FREE Electicity??? I'm confused!🤔
Mining is actually getting more and more profitable. It’s profitable right now even at .12 cent kWh. My power is much cheaper than that. It’s true it’s not as profitable as it was with ETH, but still making good money right now.

GPU mining still is not profitable. I doubt we will ever come close to the Ethereum days. You're essentially trading the cost of electricity for crypto. Seems like it would be less expensive to sell all of the hardware and buy the crypto 🙂
