    Noah is a young man who came to me for two reasons: 1. He had a few minor health issues he wanted to fix 2. He wanted to become as healthy as possible. Since he's feeling well after implementing what we discussed in the first consultation, in these consultations he wanted my perspective on certain health questions. We talked about dark eye circles, sleep, nutrition vs sunlight, EMF, pollution (a lot of pollution), mouth breathing and skull development, and much more. This one is fantastic, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
    Important note - These two consultations were free because:
    1. Noah was kind enough to leave a testimonial.
    2. The questions Noah have asked me via email are great, and his commitment to the pursuit of health is ardent.
    3. He had no problems with me sharing this consultation with you.
    4. The very first consultation wasn't free. These are the second and third consultations grouped into one video.

    This is extremely interesting, i did not know that pollution is that bad. I knew about teflon, polyster and cosmetic products. But touching a keyboard and breathing seed oils is something new. I can't stop using toothpaste because i have braces, is it a big issue if i use it for 2 years maximum? And Thank you for sharing.

    • @ExcellentHealth
      @ExcellentHealth  4 месяца назад +1

      You can use natural toothpaste. I believe Bumblebee Apothecary has a good recipe. Quit the fluoride as soon as possible. Braces move your maxilla inward. I'd use expansion methods instead.
      I'm glad I've been able to contribute to the health of your family. I'm sure you've done most of the work. Tell him to get more sunlight, to not expose himself to blue light, and to primarily eat animal foods.

    • @AWarriorOfHealth

      @@ExcellentHealth I will continue to use toothpaste because its not unattattractive yet, i know that it's bad but i dont know what it can cause, if you tell me that it causes hairloss i will stop immediately. And btw is hydrogen peroxide a good alternative?
      As for braces they did not effect the way my face looks, because of youre previous advice, i now have a chiseled jawline, the first thing people notice when they look at me is my jawline. I've been mewing for 3 years, and nose breathing since birth.
      The dentists placed a metal rope thingy on the back of my front teeth, it is supposed to stay for life. Will this cause maxilla inward expansion even when i get rid of braces?
