@@stevenbehnke4751 lol but they ARE intrinsically woven into the history of the northern UK. They invaded and even occupied the territory several times over. The main reason that Scotland is mostly a rocky wilderness today, is that the Vikings burned much of the original forest cover. There is PLENTY of Viking blood in the gene pool of Scotland and the Lake District, believe me!!
