Since it does strongly resemble the Chief, (actually the Scout is better looking), I would have to think that Indian is going to restyle the Chief in the near future. Better yet, bring back the Vintage.
But with the Powerplus. Indians are all laughably overpriced so a liquid cooled road king competitor would be $32K but I'd still move heaven and earth for one😊
I'm working on getting it all out haha. Watching the videos on the rides is hella sweet. I'm under a media embargo for the ride portion until the 17th but I have a few more interesting things before then.
Did you get a chance to ride Highway 1? I ran into some of your cohort at Devil's Slide. Going either north or south, it can be epic riding. Hope it was a great trip!
We were lucky to hit Alice's. Not as many bikes there while there but many were on the previous day. Bike is a Scout around town.. just not a Bobber haha.
God it's so nice to hear a bike that's not absolutely deafening like harleys usually are. Though it's disappointing how common black or white bikes are. Like get some colour in there, silver, tan, beige, cream, hell, turquoise or teal, yellow, blue, brown. Anything but plain ol' black or white. Not to mention they're a bastard to keep clean. Definitely cemented my second purchase when I get more experienced. Getting a C50 Boulevard for my first bike, Super Scout will probably be my second.
😂, because my camera gear was in my backpack and we swapped bikes all day. I ride with my gear as I normally would. Plus, my backpack wouldn’t fit in those bags. I’d have to take everything out.
They did a decent job of making a normally ugly bulky radiator look slim and somewhat unobtrusive. Would have been an even cleaner look if the rad had been placed fully between the vertical frame rails instead of ahead of them. Overall there's too much black 'plastic' flat surfaces on the bike and engine. I don't like the look of water cooled engines...they look like industrial refrigeration motors that are usually hidden behind service panels. Just can't get past it. That said the new Scout is the best looking water cooled bike i've seen yet.
Mm, part of it is keeping it as a blank canvas within reason, but totally get the plastic. Some of the parts that were metal on the previous Scout are plastic now. But, can always swap it for metal. Saves weight, but maybe not a noticeable difference. Aftermarket or accessories will pop up for it. Question is should that have come stock with metal instead of plastic? I think there's a split audience on that.
Good looking bike, but non locking saddlebags, and forward only controls make it a no go for me. Looking to replace my Harley touring bike with a smaller bike. Sadly with limited seating setup eliminates this one.
@@BrandonBicasso I was not aware of the mid options. Seems like the exhaust would really be in the way though. Just never see one with mids. As for seating I never see folks riding two up. I ride a Harley Ultra Classic and am shopping for a bike to step down to, size and weight wise, since I am not getting any stronger or younger, lol.
The 1250 Indian engine is absoluetly gorgeous. The 1250 Rev Max engine from HD looks plastic and cheap. No wonder why they are losing market to Indian.
good bikes, terrible naming vocabulary. There is like 10 different scout models and trim levels scout bobber, scout sixty, scout 101, super scout, super scout classic, scout rogue, sport scout. Hell nah, if you're a new ridder you'll find all this confusing.

Dude a brand new scout is less than 15k @anfman1986
Glad we have guys like you doing Indian stuff. Thanks!!
Glad you got to ride up past Alice's (in Blockhead's video) and into my city! Hope you had a good time out here!
Was well welcomed and had a wonderful time. Honestly love the Bay Area after visiting for such a short time.
That front fender is just inviting a rock to puncture that radiator.
Hey, it's 22% smaller so less chance than the previous one.
That new Fidlock saddle bag connection is pretty slick on Super Scout. Sooo similar to Super Chief in ways tho.
Man, they really did it right for 2025…..can’t wait to throw a leg over one at a demo day, hopefully soon 🤞🏼😬🤞🏼
What are the chances those saddlebags would work on the Chief?! 🤔
@@BlackbirdSSR no idea. They bolt through the fender so just involves the spacing in the sub frame. Anything can work with some creativity.
Brandon, really miss your motorcycle reviews. Hope you can do more in the future you doing excellent job.
I miss them too. Need bikes to review, though. I only get invited to these once a year.
I like the Super Scout. Great to strip it down and have the bobber look still and the pop of chrome
Yep, super easy and quick to do it.
Gorgeous 😍. Love the attention to detail they did for 2025, like the air intakes at the front of the frame, nice touch 👍🏻
The air intakes are a nice touch. Running the wires through it cleans the look. It's hard to hide them completely.
@@BrandonBicasso clean and clever, good job Indian. Nice day in SF, hope you had a blast 👍🏻
It was! This is the first day of riding and we stopped here for coffee. SF bay is beautiful and was my first time there.
@@BrandonBicasso Niiiiice 👍🏻
That one might be my favorite outside of the 101. I’ve always wanted to make my scout into something I could take on the road long distance.
With sharing the sub frame, you can add those components to the 101. Quick release as well.
@@BrandonBicasso man don’t tempt me! Bro I can’t wait for your ride and review videos on these bikes Brandon!

We did! You may have run into the other part of my group or the separate wave of individuals there. Was a blast to ride those roads!
This model is by far my favorite one in the new lineup
The stylish grocery getter. How was it around town? If you’re in the Bay Area for a while, try to ride to Alice’s for lunch.

All about the cost when it involves color. There's other options, but you'll pay more. C50 is a great ride. My first was the M50!
You rode all the way to S.F. from your place? That's a long way from home, take care, be safe and God Bless Bro. My son and daughter lice there
A really neat bike.
That's pretty bad ass!
Looks fantastic 👍👍👍👍👍😎to cooool 😎👍
I hope you do a comparison video between the super scout and the super chief id like to see what your thoughts are!
What’s your fav so far?
Ya know.. the 101 is what most are hyped for. (it's awesome) I was honestly shocked most by the Classic and Super.
@@BrandonBicasso classic is nice man…rool nice.
Do the new scouts feel bigger? They look bigger than the current line up, like a mini-chief.
Not really. About the same. Sport/101 feel taller because of the 19".
❤❤❤😮
Will those bags fit on an older 2022 scout bobber?
Maybe with a bit of modification, but they're close in fit alignment.
@@BrandonBicasso alright good to know. When my local dealer gets one in imma have to go check it out
Yay area!
I just saw them bouncy things in the background...excuse me what did you say???
LOL..
This may sound stupid but why do you have a backpack on when you got saddlebags😂😂😂😂😂
😂, because my camera gear was in my backpack and we swapped bikes all day. I ride with my gear as I normally would. Plus, my backpack wouldn’t fit in those bags. I’d have to take everything out.
That window with out a fairing to me makes it look “grandpa-ish”
Looks a lot better to me than the one on Super Chief haha.

I am leaning toward the Super Scout as my favorite. Still a bit too much chrome. The bags seem solid, but not much room for traveling.
Definitely not a lot of room in those bags. Good overnighter/weekend trip.
At first glance I thought it was a new Super Chief Limited.
Pretty close, right?
Wild saddlebags. They didn't leave much room for a turbo anywhere, may take some creativity.
I'm sure you could cut something up and make it happen
This looks big enough for a 6'3 rider!
It can be. May need the other riser options for more flexibility, but there were taller folks in attendance who were happy with the ride.
I want that
Good looking bike, but non locking saddlebags, and forward only controls make it a no go for me. Looking to replace my Harley touring bike with a smaller bike. Sadly with limited seating setup eliminates this one.

@Handirifle maybe the super chief might be of interest to you
Why not put lockable storage?! SMH
Fair thought. They reserve that feature for the big touring bikes. Chief is the same way with its non locking bags.
Nice bike it needs a 5 gallon tank.
Looks like a chief but with a liquid cooled engine
