不是发粉太多,一般手工包都会比较带黄的,可以去烘焙店买“pemutih pau”这个粉,这是可以让包子做起来会比较白。我们这里卖70g一小罐Rm4.50。

其实放白油也是让包子比较白的,那个粉状的不放也OK。

The 1 tsp is bread Softener, u can skip this since the bun softener (白油)also have the same effect, the half half tsp is “Pemulihan pau” , u can skip this if u don’t mind the bun is looks a bit yellowish. TQ.
