as of 4-30-23, Saberforge has cut down their lead times to 2-4 wk, with arrival with in three wks on the high-end sabers (they have a LARGER facility now) and they have lowered their price on the crystal series by at least $200 depending on your choices. I bought a Redeemer Mk. 3 elite (obi-wan ep.3) and Prodigal Son Mk.3 crystal elite (luke ROTJ) and they are the last sabers I will buy because they do exactly what I wanted. thanks for the vid.
How is the quality holding up? I got two Saberforge consulars warrior tier years ago one of them had a torn wiring that eventually snapped and the other had a battery that couldn’t had a charge. I would like to know if this is something you encountered to or I just got bad luck
@@phantomx959 haven't had any problems to date except the issue of the base lit led, if tightened too much/too little results in dim blade until a clash., were yours' grab bag or order? I heard the grab bags can be duds in disguise when you get high-end boards and blades. mine are entry level sound and blades.
Unfortunately it seems like they're almost always out of stock on some of the best pieces. The templar emitter and reliant body are a rarity. Even if you get put on the email list it seems they get sold out within the day.

I've had experiences with most the companies that you mentioned. Eventually, i will get one of the Sabertrio hilts. Jesse keeps telling me i should lol. Solo Sabers by far, ive had the best experience with buying empties from Korbanth sending to him. The Pach Store, i bought empties from took sometime but did get my orders. Like you, im getting away from Hasbro and for me the Disney hilts. I can't stand the non smoothswing electronics.
i second Crimson dawn light sabers i purchased the light and dark banshee pair for under 200 dollars 2 years ago and have been contact fighting with them without issue except for the little screws that hold the blade in, make sure you get extra or you will be taking a trip to the hardware store. my advice would be to buy their shade light saber or a pair of them for dueling, at under a hundred bucks a piece you or your kids can fight with them. they will break a replica from the other companies you mentioned.
The product hasn’t been delivered yet, and I am still waiting on my Darth Maul saber staff, but the customer service and response time from Vader’s Sabers has been fantastic! In fact, my light saber is due to be delivered within the next two days, and I only ordered the saber about a week and a half ago! As far as I know, this kind of turnaround with light saber companies is almost unheard of!

my favorite lightsabe company is crimson dawn. they dont have the most options or the best quality, but they have the best prices i could find. another thing is that they have good cusumer service.
I agree with you on UltraSabers. I bought one years ago it completely stopped working about 6 months to a year after buying. I avoid them like the plague now hilt quality is great but internal electronics needs a lot of work.
I got one and it still works after like 7 years lol (I don't know how long exactly, but it's definitely been years.) Given, it still kinda sucks and bugs out sometimes but ywah

Hello fella. You couldn’t give advice for a first time buyer looking for a gift for his nephew? Still a way away yet. But my nephew is talking about a lightsaber for Christmas, and the family are happy to get it for him as everyone putting together for one big present instead of a load of smaller gifts separately. He’s had the regular telescopic plastic ones growing up and he’s had tremendous fun with them but he’s looking to start collecting real replicas now. But we’re worried about buying him a lightsaber and him breaking it in the first week lol. Obviously with a expensive gift he will have to learn to take care of it which we don’t mind in itself. But we just don’t want to rig it against him and buy him something just built for display. That can’t take the play what a 12 year old might do. What could you recommend that is actually pretty sturdy that he could swing around and maybe even light spar with? Obviously none are meant to be bashed up against a tree but have you used anything that you would say is reasonably strong and can be used for choreography. Thank you
Rebel is single button, slightly different twist feature, lighter and half the price. Kyberlight is still my favorite but the Rebel is holding up excellent. Zero buyers remorse. Contacted Kyberlight once because a supply problem caused a dely and they were very attentive.@@quinnhighhouse8156

Have you tried or know electrum sabers based in canada ? Shipping is a bit long (3 months or so) but are fully customisable and not too crazy exensive plus the lightsaber ignition is touch which is kind of a neat design

After Playing it, i was like dude i gotta buy me a lightsaber ...let me do some research, see which is the best one out there is This helped a bit, i think i Know which route im going with, One thing i loved about Jedi Survivor was customizing the lightsaber, thats what I'm looking for. Custom options & great quality. I'll do a but more research before making a final decision

Currently looking to purchase a Cal Kestis replica for a cosplay. Korbanth has a great one, but they're sold out. So far, I've purchased 2 sabers from Saberforge, one custom fully assembled and one I bought piece by piece as it became available. Both are gorgeous.
I have the legacy cal kestis. I wish the blades we a little brighter and the sound fonts aren't top tier, but the hilt looks amazing. I bought two of them and they connect with a coupler to become a double bladed lightsaber like how Jaro Tapal had it which is a great feature

I purchased both my sabers from rebel sabers. Amazing customer service, had a faulty speaker in one, they paid to ship it back and forth no charge, quick response, great quality! (I guess they sell LGT sabers?) Question for you guys, what would be the next step up from a shop like rebel sabers?

Warning, Do not buy anything from Ultrasabers!! Artsabers are my favorite place. I bought 2 sabered from them and I like this guys. They are in Europe but they are very helpful and they’re products are solid. Saberforge are OK but it took them 2 month to ship my saber and most of the time sone sabered are constant “out of order”

Saberforge sabers used to have a 12-14 week lead time, and it’s since gone down to 6-8
Galaxy saber is a small brand form the uk and it’s amazing, nothing too fancy but they hit all the goals for a duel ready saber

I purchased both my sabers from rebel sabers. Amazing customer service, had a faulty speaker in one, they paid to ship it back and forth no charge, quick response, great quality! (I guess they sell LGT sabers?)

Awesome video and thanks for the breakdown on all your hilts! The Mace hilt is really nice. Was hoping in getting the legacy one but Disney retired it. Do agree with you Ultra Sabers are not good and the customer service is horrible! Unfortunately, this was the first sabers I ever got. What do you think in 3D printed sabers? They are not hefty like the ones you got but you can really build and paint what you like. Thanks for the video!

Yep. Absolutely. I collect the ones that light up because it is pretty cool but it also makes for a better video. But if all you want is a display, empty works great

Artsabers are my favorite place. I bought 2 sabered from them and I like this guys. They are in Europe but they are very helpful and they’re products are solid.
Saberforge are OK but it took them 2 month to ship my saber and most of the time sone sabered are constant “out of order”
