No they're not. Most Floyd songs have vocals. They just often don't sing the title. It's more like 10% of Floyd songs are instrumentals. Less probably. (Endless River aside)
There are the early singles as well... 'Arnold Layne', 'Candy and a Currant Bun', 'See Emily Play', 'Apples and Oranges'.. plus 'When the Tigers Broke Free', which was a single that came out as part of the film version of The Wall. They all mention the titles in the songs.

Man I listened to floyd a lot a lot when I was in highschool. And still listen to them, just put in my dark side CD a few days ago. But this gave me a short reminder of all the amazing songs I gave heard in so long and how good of a band this is.
The albums Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, The Wall, The Final Cut, A Momentary Lapse of Reason, and the Division Bell have the album title sang or said on the album. Those are, respectively, at the end of Eclipse (Gerry O'Driscoll said it at the end); Wish You Were Here is the song; many songs incorporate 'The Wall' as in "Bricks in..." or "Outside..."; the Final Cut is the song; in the song One Slip, and in the song High Hopes.
