I believe its not cycling because the weight on the end of the barrel is not allowing the barrel to tilt under recoil and unlock thats why you have to pull the slide back each time

Why it dont load a new munition
Because glock barrels tilt back when they shoot and with the suppressor there's tons of weight on the barrel and it can't function properly

People have issues with there guide rod springs cycling the round when they add a suppressor. The mag keep feeding the rounds it just wasn’t cycling
