- This is a more philosophical video that outlines why I think you need a movie projector at home. With theatres closed around the world there is no better time to upgrade your home movie viewing experience. Also, there are too many amazing shows and films being released on streaming platforms being watched on phones and laptops everyday. They deserve better. I have also learned a few things about my viewing habits since installing a projector. And did I mention it was only $130!

That’s a nice set up man! I’m with you about movie theatres, I’ve not been to one for years now lol.
Plus who wouldn’t want to lie on your own bed in your own company watching whatever movie you want!

I am using the LC650 (black one). Verry happy with it.
I much prefer Blu-rays as I live in rural America and get terrible internet. Since I have a 65" tv, 360p stars getting ugly after 0.02 seconds, but Blu-rays give me at least a solid 1080p experience, plus a greater color range and much less compression.
And the fact that you can watch them whenever you want, even if the internet is down. I find that sometimes I want to watch a film and can't find it streaming anywhere, there is a case to be made for owning a physical copy.
I think you would be a great comedian. Just the way you talk.

I said no to TVs in the bedroom, so he bought a projector.
