As noted in this review; the same story and conclusions are gathered, it's how you get there and who you are with that changes. And information that both routes get will be expanded on, depending on if the character tied to these events most are in Kasane or Yuito's party. While you should complete both stories to get the full picture, which I still plan on doing, the plot will probably still be a bloated mess towards the last third of the game.
I mean....they're different games. Code Vein is slow and methodical with all your typical soulsian concepts. Whereas this game is an entirely different fast-paced experience with a MUCH heavier emphasis on story. This thing is closer to NieR than it is Code Vein.

And to be honest the combat is good, and very fun. Especially if you get good at it. And not every level has both investigating and fights like you said, some are just fights. And if you don't like it then you shouldn't have gotten the game in the first place. I mean it is made by platinum games, so it's kinda obvious it would have a major focus on fighting.
Game was hella underrated. Definitely one of my favorite hack n slash out there least gameplay wise. I enjoyed the combat more than Bayonetta, 2B, and even DMCV. Something bout that adaptive trigger makes this game even more satisfying to play.

The video would game decent clicks even in 7 days as many reviews for example angry Joe sometimes months late and he gains millions of views so ign could wait because they have fans who want to hear what the reviewer has to say but why would I listen to someone who can't be arsed finishing a game ?

"A not so triumphant conclusion." essentially spoils the entire tone of how the game is going to end, why would you say that in a review that's geared towards people who haven't played this game yet?

It always makes me laugh when English localizers can't be bothered to re-dub the combat grunts. Yeah, we totally can't tell that's a completely different actor. I mean, they're not speaking words, so how could anyone possibly notice? The fact that these are the same type of grunts we've heard used again and again in Japanese media certainly wouldn't give that away either!
This game is not all that, it's just okay, decent. But reviewers really gotta start doing their jobs and complete the game, this story has two protagonists, if you have not completed the game for both protagonists how are we to trust your judgement?
Would seeing the other story really change much, it's still the same gameplay no? I imagine it'd still feel like a 7 to the reviewer but would have taken longer and he'd just have more plot in his mind. Certainly reviewers need to have a certain amount of diligence to get any kind of respect, I'm just not sure if them playing the other protagonist would change the outcome. I'd be interested to hear if it adds much but I'll bet it's the same game with a slightly different flavor in the end.

Don’t insult persona like that… The Persona series has a unique style to it and it’s stories are intricate and actually make sense. The P series and this game aren’t even the same when it comes to gameplay mechanics. Also the unique art style for the persona/shin Megami tensei series is unmatched. They don’t look like RWBY nock off models

They did, the review mentions even with having played both campaigns the story was still nonsensical in their opinion.
