I love spinach but I can not get My husband to eat spinach for nothing. Especially canned kind. I usually have to hide the fresh spinach amongst his other salad greens lol 😆 So just maybe he might eat it this way, and if not, then they’ll be more for me haha Thank you always for the great recipes 👍
Hi Vicki! I am doing great, hope you are too! I am always looking for a new way to make something in the kitchen. These pork chops are wicked good. The seasoning with the cornbread stuffing just make the meat so good. I am always a fan of spinach when done right. I can do canned or frozen, but I like to buy fresh when I can. And this was cheap, only about 2.50 per bag. I couldn't pass it up. This is one of my favorite ways to make it, since the cheese and garlic kick up the taste.
