I follow high protein, low carb (trying to get higher fiber also) along with my compound journey. Don’t freak, these meds don’t usually work that way. They cause increased insulin only when your blood sugar is going up, like right after a meal. It is not a 24-7 effect, aka it shouldn’t drive your blood sugar too low… UNLESS you’re *also* on *other* meds that reduce blood sugar. If that’s the case, then you should consult with your doctor. 🩺
Idk if you're aware of this but lately your videos have been freezing for about 3-5 seconds. It starts right back up but its never done this before. Just an fyi😊
I air fry whole organic carrots from Costco. Then I eat two right before every meal. Then eat a 200 cal healthy choice with cauliflower rice. Then eat salmon 3oz. at a time, buy deli roast beef. Cottage cheese with salsa. Shrimp with lemon garlic. Weigh everything log everything into fitness pal. Do 4000 steps a day. Lift weights or resistance bands 3x a week. Egg whites w/spinach snack. These recipes are great, but it’s all about moving, protein, and 1200 calories a day without getting hungry. I’ve found that doing fancy recipes just makes you eat more because there is more things in the fridge to eat at night.

New here😀 Question, do you have diabetes? I’m about to start and I’m worried about low blood sugar since I don’t have diabetes myself.
