    I am going on 65 but I used the Castor oil trend and after a week I broke out. Still working on only doing what I did before. No change with caster but what a waste of time. I have always used great products even in the 70s Erno Lazlo and la prairie. I learned don’t over do to much of a good thing.

    I walk my dog every morning for an hour walk, also gardening and weeding and watering my plants and veggies every day, mowing the lawn too weekly!

      @@shoppingonchampagne together, just bout 3/4 of a teaspoon of baking soda. The almond oil cleanses and moisturizes and the baking soda's fine grains gently exfoliate. It also helps the ph balance of your skin. Also good for your skin is rosewater if your complexion is dry. It is a natural humectant and improves ph balance. I get almond oil and rosewater at a nearby Indian grocery store. And they are less expensive there than drugstores or places like Whole Foods.
