I have never in my life seen tire chains on a fire truck 0:50 seconds, and I live in Canada.
Just curious- why a 10-60 for a single vehicle crash into a building? And what rank of the FDNY drives the black unmarked Tahoes??
It was a large truck that went into a occupied apartment building trapping many people inside and the building had a risk of collapsing and killing all of those people. The driver died instantly. As soon as they tried to pull the truck out it started to collapse. The Chiefs of the departments drive the tahoes.
Thanks Tom
