250g/9oz crushed Oreo cookies
50g/1.75oz melted unsalted butter
WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE:
200g/7oz melted white chocolate (cooled)
500g/17.5oz cream cheese (roomtemperature)
160g/5.5oz fine sugar
240ml/1 cup whipping cream (roomtemperature)
3 medium eggs (roomtemperature)
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (we used a clear extract to keep the cheesecake white)
RASPBERRY GLAZE:
75ml/ 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon water
60g/2oz sugar
225g/8oz raspberries
1 tablespoon gelatin powder

RED VELVET CAKE:
200gr/7oz plain flour
10gr/0.35oz cocoa powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 pinches of salt
2 tablespoons red foodpaste
200ml/6.75fl.oz buttermilk
100gr/3.5oz soft unsalted butter
240gr/8.5oz granulated sugar
2 medium eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
COOKIE CRUST:
250gr/8.8oz graham cracker crumbs
90gr/3.2oz melted butter
CHEESECAKE:
700gr/25oz cream cheese
210gr/7.4oz granulated sugar
4 medium eggs + 1 egg yolk
50ml/1.7fl.oz double cream (whipping cream)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
20gr/0.7oz sifted plain flour
CREAM CHEESE:
150gr/5.3oz icing sugar (powdered sugar)
300gr/10.5oz cream cheese
20gr/0.7oz soft unsalted butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 medium eggyolk + 4 whole medium eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

200gr/7oz peanutbutter
PEANUT CARAMEL SAUCE:
220gr/7.8oz caster sugar
6 tablespoons water
245ml/8.3fl.oz double cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200gr/7oz salted peanuts
CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
395gr/13.9oz melted milk chocolate

15 Oreo cookies in chunks
OREO MOUSSE:
400ml/13.5fl.oz whipping cream (stiff peaks)
150gr/5.25oz melted & cooled white chocolate
50ml/1.7fl.oz unwhipped cream
8 Oreo cookies in chunks

how many times do I have to tell ,you are the best ! and these are the only calories I don't care at all ; the cheesecake calories, seriously , because I can't resist them OMG I'm bad ; this is my favorite dessert ;for my Christmas cheesecake I add in the cheesecake mixture lot's of dry cranberries and one lemon grated zest and the steps for crust and baking time are the same as yours , so good ,thank you for sharing your recipes
