Hi love! I so love this tutorial! I have been using ganache under my fondant cakes because I’m just afraid of the buttercream melting under the fondant! How thick did you apply the buttercream?
Thank you for sharing this. I recently paneled a round cake using the upside down method. The cake looked great. But after some time (at the event) my cake started bulging on the side. Do you have this problem? How do you prevent bulging?
This video is so well explained and detailed thank you so much for your lesson. You are truly appreciated my dear. May I ask where did you purchase your turn table?
Thanks again

Hi! Do you spray water on your cake before covering fondant so that it will stick? Thank you!
Flawless, congratulations! I tried this method but top fondant and side one didn't melt togehter and become one piece like in your cake. How can mitigate that? Thank you
Wow💝
Not sure if you answer this question but what type of fondant do you use. I am having the hardest time paneling fondant as it’s so soft
Thanks for the video!! When doing the bottom tier, you do the flipping method? I’m scare of flipping a 10inch cake 🙈
Hi cake boutique. Really love your vids.
Please can we get a fondant recipe tutorials?
Thanks you for the tutorial. I have a query, won't the fondant sweat once out of the fridge??
How much grams fondant do you use on a 6 inch cake? Love youre video great job😘
I follow you and i love your cakes
I enjoyed the video,it is so helpful,I appreciate if you can answer my questions
1- what is the height of your cake
2- your cake doesn’t get sweaty when you put it in fridge
3-do you find the buttercream work better than ganache under your fondant
Thanks a lot
Hi, if the cake is super cold, then after you cover it with fondant will moist a lot?
Wow thank
When you say "chill your cake" before you panel it, is it chilled in the fridge or freezer? Mine in the fridge would not be able to be handled without denting. Thank you in advance.
Thanks very much
I love your technique 😍 I use many and many ways to get sharpe edges but not give the results that I want , my question how to but the cake with fondant cover in fridge without getting wet ☹️
Great tutorial and a beautiful cake! I always learn so much from you! Thank you!💞Amy Jo
Nice one
You are awesome!
What a great job 😊 how did you get the fondant to stick around the cake when the Swiss meringue was so firm ? Many thanks x
Thanks so much! It actually sticks by itself and rubbing it with my hand "heats" it up a bit, so I think that's it 😁
How much fondant do I need to cover an 8 inch cake using the paneling method? Thank you.
Very good
How do you get your buttercream so firm? Do you put it in the freezer?
Doesnt the chilling process causes condensation once the cake is out at room temp?
Do you ever have issues where the buttercream slightly starts coming out of the top seam? Or where the top seam is pretty noticable?
What type of buttercream do you use? 🤔💕
One of the best technique i hv ever seen. Thank you so much for sharing with us 🙏. Love from india
Amazing, can I know what buttercream you used
رائعة جدا
I made it and luv it only one thing how I erase the top lines ?or maybe I cut it wrong

Hi from California! What fondant do you use? Thanks for all you do, and for sharing these awesome tutorials!
Hi there! I use either Funcakes or Massa Ticino Tropic fondant. I don't know if Funcakes is internationally available though. I heard good reviews about Couture Fondant too 😊.
What brand of fondant do you use?
What did you use to rub the cake, that makes it white
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾😍
Can I do this with American buttercream instead of meringue?
Es la técnica que mejor me funciona, sin importar el tamaño de la torta...Te agradezco mucho por compartirla😘😘😘
