Awesome job Alex, looks like a blast. I was just given a late 60s early 70s Briggs 5hp engine and a late 60s early 70s 3hp Briggs for fixing a buddy's chainsaw. They both run awesome. I'm thinking about putting the 3hp on a big power wheels quad for my granddaughter. And the 5hp on maybe a go-cart. Im still amazed that they both run fantastic the points on both are original and are in excellent condition. Thanks for updating us on your race mower. Can't wait for the upcoming content my friend
That is super awesome. I bet it felt great to get both of those going. You’ll have to let me know how the projects come along. I bet the power wheels would be a blast. Thank you so much!!!
Tim the tool man Taylor would approve! 😂👍 I kept ooching it forward to hit 20. Kludge factor is high on this build. Next upgrades: Corebeau racing seat and 4-point harness, removable racing steering wheel, matching helmet. 😉🔧👍👏
I'd be temped to take out on the road to open it up. I don't know how busy it is where you live but i could get away with in my neighborhood lol. you made a sweet ride bud fun doing a little fabrication. Thanks for another good Alex i love watching them
I may take it on the street for a speed run. I was a little hesitant, but I think it would be fun to see the speeds it could get with the pulley ratio. Thank you as always for commenting and checking out the video :)
@@freedommowers420 I was actually thinking about moving all your perimeter equipment in enough to build a dirt track around the outside. Then you might hit that magic 30 on the straightaways, especially if you banked the corners! 😉
Thank you. It was one I had here that was in pretty rough shape. Just happy to have some fun with it and show people you can make something fun pretty simple.
@@GoKartsorGoneFishin no doubt. I got burned out on it last year as well as life got too busy. I took a 6 month break. Just do your thing and have fun.
It's too rough for the yard. Need to hit the road. Need to put the mower deck back on and spin the blades faster. Then a racing mower with a rooster tail of grass.
You should slam it really low I did it to a craftsman LT1000. I am 12 and I did a budget buildto make a slammed mower check it out on my channel home sweet shop

I will definitely keep you up to date on the builds. It won't be until spring unfortunately here in Pa winter seems to drag out lol.
Now that's what I'm talking about....reminds me of my younger years when I made a 3 wheeler out of a mini bike and a riding mower rear axle....lol
That’s awesome. I love to see other peoples creativity and fun projects. Thank you for stopping by 🙏

Heck yea!!! I remember that episode. This was a fun project to tinker with.
Looks great 👍
Well done, have fun with it 😊
Thank you!
Oh, and the big slicks daddy! (From a Beach Boys song).

That was super fast I was wondering how you made that gas pedal I keep trying to watch other people doing that thank you for the video
What can i say, its fast......... 😊
Oh bailing wire my specialty 👔
Haha. That’s what I’m saying!!! 😎😎💪
Where did you get the pulleys and what kind are they? I got a 2002 Murray and I want to do this it looks awesome. Thanks
May need to go to a thicker oil in the rearend. The thin stuff in it is ok for low speed mowing.
Amen brother
This is handy to drive around fence lines instead of 15 K ride 😊
Yes it would be a nice yard cruiser. Maybe a little quieter exhaust would be better though. This one was super loud.

That is great idea to use a m.t.d mower to make a racing mower alex

@@freedommowers420 that is the truth about that Alex even Chud 327 would be proud of the work that you have put in this one
Shes a ripper!
This little mower moves out. I’m curious to see what the top speed is. Hope things are good your way!!
@freedommowers640 ya man..I'm good..just slacking on the yt..lol
