I purchased this Husqvarna riding mower that had a terrible noise while driving as well as a broken mowing deck. Lets take a look at what needs to be fixed and get this lawn mower repaired.
Good Job , but the mower deck would look better painted black.
Maybe but the lighter color and the wheels brighten up the rig.
I debated black but I was trying to go back with the original look. I think black would look better though.
It would
HEY AMIGO YOU ARE GOOD AT THIS, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK WE LATINOS ARE LEARNING FROM YOU SALUDOS!!!
Thank you so much for the kind words and support!! It means a lot.
Remarkable. Guess I was a little premature with my junk yard idea.
Alex, your attention to detail is awesome. I like the fact that you make sure every little thing is touched up and looking good. Most people would just get it running and hit it with the garden hose😅 id absolutely buy a mower from you!!!! Gteat job as always, especially on that deck. Try and stay cool with that ridiculous heat. Have a great week brotha
Thank you so much Gary. I really try hard to make them run and look as good as they can. I enjoy it though and want to bring everyone along to see the process. I hope things are good your way 😎🇺🇸
Awesome rebuild video.
Thank you!!!
You did well to get that deck welded up. you are pretty talented. thanks for another good video. Can't wait for the next one.
That means a lot. I greatly appreciate the kind words and support 🙌
Great job, mate. Looks good, runs well and cuts beautifully 👍🏻
Greatly appreciate the support and feedback.
It is pronounced Husk Varna. There is no A between the first 2 syllables.
I enjoy your videos.
Thank you very much!!
From trash to treasure right there brother hopefully i can get back to working on tractors soon just alot going on in my end i am trying to sort out
Wow what a difference awsome job you do great work.
Thank you! I really appreciate it.

Well at least you got the deck fixed up and running again by your best ability to do it besides you are going to get drive system running again with out the noise when you go into forward that ideler pulley is definitely not in great shape great job on rebuilding the ideler pulley keep up the great work Alex
Thank you so much Rob. This one more than anything needed that deck repaired. I was glad I spent the time to try and fix it. I think it turned out pretty good.
@@freedommowers640 cool beans 🫘 there Alex
You know its serious when you run out of welding wire. Great Video.. you can come do my work anytime
🤣🤣. Truth!! I went through a lot of wire on this mangled beast.

Thank you for stopping by and the wonderful support.
Just found your page here really liking the videos keep it up!
Thank you so much. I greatly appreciate that.
Very nice attention to the small details. Good job!
Thank you very much!
nice work .
Thank you! Cheers!
Alex that tractor looks and runs awesome! That should sell to the first person that looks at it. They won't find a nicer tractor than that. You paid a lot of attention to detail and i find that pays off when trying to sell equipment. Thanks for the video! ✌🎥💲💲🇺🇸
Thank you Roger. I’m getting better at things. I really want to make the mowers I sell and show everyone the best they can be in a short time with the knowledge I have. I hope you are doing well and always enjoy you stopping by.
@@freedommowers640 Alex you knocked that one out of the park brother!! You have plenty of knowledge in my opinion and the extra attention to detail shows that you care. I try to make my mowers look as good as they can and i fully service every mower i do. As you know i haven't done a tractor yet , but you are doing them right. I would want good money for any tractor that you do and your reputation will speak for it self. Your channel is only going to grow with the videos you are making my friend! I was looking at your wishlist and noticed that it was empty.😉 Keep up the great work and i hope your family is well! ✌😎🇺🇸
Glad to see the Tuff Torq K46 transmission holding up like this at 400 hours. I have this model and am happy with it. Was concerned about the hydrostatic holding up. You got to periodically remove the deck, clean it, and touch up the paint. Otherwise, it will rust right on through over time. Great work reviving the mower. Some people keep them for 20+ years, other people have the deck rust away after 6 years. Going to try some mil grade rp-342 wax undercoating on it next time.
Heck yea I’ll have to try the undercoat. This transmission was incredibly smooth for the hours on it.
Nice work
Thank you! Cheers!
Good video buddy 👍
Thanks for the visit
Try a little heat (heat gun, torch) to the plastic next time. Have heard it makes plastic look new.
This is the result of never cleaning the underside of your mowing deck.
Most likely oil drain or sump gasket
No point in a how to vidieo if you do the work before showing us what you did then cut to a after shot. I like a video where I'm more involved.
Yes I completely understand. I wasn’t sure at first if the deck could be saved and wanted to see if I could. It wasn’t until after I was done welding that I realized I wanted to the video on showing all of the repairs. I’m planning on going more in depth on future video. Thank you for your input.
That's a $100 bill all day. Nice score.
Thank you very much!!!
Glad you're back at putting out videos. I'm gonna get back at it real soon as well.
You need a new deck(at least).
They have very cheap and thin decks, never last over 5/6 years and fall apart
Right!! I think they go even more thin every year on the deck thickness.
Be tough to sell something like this given all the work you have in it. Super job! A++
Can I ask why you didn't clean the gas tank?
Thank you so much! I do try hard to make sure these machines are good to go. I tried cleaning that tank several times but it had some type of film or algae that just wouldn’t come off.
the deck needs a chute on it
Wipe down all the grey plastic with WD40.... instant newness
Paint gas tank black.
I may just end up doing that.
