heart push mower battery 40 volt 6Ah charging issue

this video is for demonstration purposes only. this is a 40 volt 6Ah heart push mower battery. that has officially stopped charging. this video shows you tips on how to get the battery to recharge. if not successful, you can contact heart support to get a free bed and replacement within the 3-year battery warranty and a 5-year lawn mower warranty. please note my issues does not mean that will solve yours. these batteries have issues after a year of use. also shows you tips on how to keep the battery alive longer

I just called them and they said if the battery is flashing blue then it is a weather thing and it’s not bad

Yeah but when I stuck the charger to mine it wasn't flashing at all it would only flash when I hit the reset button. That's all they would do. They told me just to keep it in a cool temperature area. Do not overcharge them and they said the battery will last. So that's what I've been doing so far since I got my replacement and hoping it will last me at least another couple years

@@WorldWideMediaGroup1 it doesn’t flash when I charge it only when I pressed the reset button it would flash and they told me it was fine unless it flashes a different color

Mine is exactly like his not weather and battery toast. Mowed 4x with it. Bought new chargers and new battery. New battery works for how long? Lol im trashing all of it and buying a gas lawnmower they just dont want to replace their poor products

Walmart refunded my chargers i didnt need and had me call Hart...again done

battery that came with the mower lasted 1 year then would not charge anymore used it for 1 summer so i went to gas due to high price of them batteries i got my replacement i don't use it was much lasted me over a year no issues yet

I had a battery do the same thing i xalled heart it would flash blinging blue 4 times ...they didnt want the battery back and sent me a replacement it was kind of weird almost like the battery motherboard has these issues ....this is year 2 woth this lawn mower and my chainsaw battery dies at year one ...honestly i would just of gotten rid of both or returned but they lasted the firts year /use and onyl 8 montsh later had issues with battery ...maybe they need to fix the chip which seems to be the problem and not the battery ...the chip inaide prevents it from ch a rging up again the battery looks new but ia just trash
