Damn, wonderful video dude. Cleared many doubts and questions that even the RE sales person at their showroom couldn’t. Totally going for the Interstellar model. Can’t wait for its ride review.
Excellent review. Very helpful. Seen many videos on reviews, this one stands apart. Keep it up guys.
Comprehensive, straight to the point and no nonsense... Good job ZigWheels 👍
That’s why I love zigwheels , Man U cleared all the doubts 🎉🎉thanks
OMG ... I can't unsee the misaligned exhaust barrels now... Really how was this missed by RE designers/quality team in this near-perfect bike.?
Very good review and thanks for answering some of the questions I had in mind... and one or two I didn't! Good job. 🙂
I think this will concour western market which is real cruiser market, with straight endless highways along bearded mid to late 50's riders.
There's a reason cruiser style bikes are unique to USA only not even Europe. Long open highways, well built road.
How is the weight distribution? Is its weight well distributed like Honda cb 350?
This is only for long rides. Won't cut for city commutes. Even if seats are customized for comfort, still many issues for intra city commutes. Top spec will sell for touring guys.
There is a screw to adjust the headlight throw below the headlight. Since you mentioned it was not possible.
Bro it does have front light angle adjuster like a screw.. it will move the head light up and down ....hope this helps
Damn! Can't unsee the last part now...
Can We install Meteor 350 Touring seat for Super Meteor ?
SG650............coming sooooon❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
The launch of RE Meteor 650, closed the door for most middle-weight cruisers
mainly including the Honda CMX 500. Meteor 650 proved CMX wrong in the frame design and pillion seat. Good Job by RE.
Yes. The cruiser segment is finished now till e-vehicle revolution. Harley dream could be fulfilled. Unless Honda releases rebel at competitive price like they released CB350.
Cool Tee. Link to it??
How is this Vs Vulcan S( regardless of price) ?
What's your take on the vibration in rear view mirrors and the size of the same, the oddly placed heal and toe shifter (it's much elevated than the foot rest) and gives a hack of a pain in foot, the much talked about switches are hyped and don't give a over moon kind of finish as has been talked off, they are just normal switches, the ground clearance is pretty low, the very 'useful' charging point under the side panel. Though the bike is good which mostly goes to the engine, there nothing over the top.
1.Aluminium casing is given, so it is really an upgrade
2.foot pedals are your personal problem for some its comfortable for some , it's not
3.Ground clearance is lower as compared to previous models but sufficient for Indian Roads
4.The charging port is located there as it will help keep it away from rain
5.The switches feel tactile and responsive and more PREMIUM as compared to previous models
@@HATCH5T I can agree with you on most except for ground clearance. This bike won't even pass my neighbourhood speed breaker without touching it. The ride is very stiff because of that. Ground clearance should have matched with Meteor 350.
@@SurajSinghTomarArya oh! For me it is perfect for my roads
What is the touring seat option price
As u mentioned rear backrest and windshield price
Touring seat you can see in RE MYD option it is for 6999/-
What was the ocd factor?
I will either buy Meteor 650 or Honda H'ness this month. I have been using 200NS for past 10 yrs. Will test drive both soon.
Please let know which is best, as I am too confused between both
Using H'ness.. Great bike
Buy hunter or Himalayan
@@tangetaier1783 hunter is not comfortable and new Himalyan 450 will be released later this yr.
You are comparing between two very disparate bikes. If you're looking at the Honda, the Interceptor can provide the same format of bike with much more fun.
Super Meteor doesn't really have competitors
The pillion foot pegs looks kind of rear set 🤔
9:30 dammnnn it ...aayaooooo🤣🤣🤣🤣
What triggered his ocd...didnt get it...pipes not at level??
Does it get bogged down and bounce around when ridden with a pillion? Does it scrape with a pillion?
nope people are literally torchuring this machine for that but the suspension is like an elephant it is not at all smudging lol ..those poor springs must be chocking inside those forks but the damm bike not even lowering 5mm with pillion the rear shocks are hard and also heavy as f .an aftermarket ones l itself will loose you 7kn a good exhaust if it saves 10kg and good rear shocks and pillion seat removal and saree guard removal and ola you only have a cruiser that is just 10kg heavier than the twins wait some time i too hated the bike but just test ridden today i weigh 93kg my dad 85 we both sat and the bike suspension diddnt even click but the exhaust is soooooo beautiful you will surely slow down for other reason the seat if you are not at slower pace and try to jump on speed breaker the seat throws you off the bike 😅😅😅😅 that damm rear shocks and the seat requires sheer control over the bike so only go with it if you are a cruiser guy and have control if you want peace of mind go with int 650
ps:- the int 650 and conti gt felt heavier to ride for me xd the u turn , in gear roll on acceleration i driven the 650's back to back in 6 sessions and the sweet spot is sm650 for sporty and muscular feel go with conti gt cause except the interstller and celestials the base one was kept side by side and meteor 350 and sm650 looks almost same from one angle so in the future this bikes will fade out from eyes eventually but conti gt tank and its presence is ✌✌✌✌ literally spend 4hrs in showroom today testing these bikes .
waiting for some one to release a exhaust before taking delivery i booked for a gt650 but delayed it i said to my dealer i will wait for alloy version but if that version is not upto mark i will go with sm650 there are only 5 bookings in my city and only 1 interstellar,
@@anneakhil5331 The updated alloy version also has better switchgear and led headlights. Spokes although looks very good on these bikes are headache in India. I was planning to buy SM 650 but the low ground clearance and it's unpracticality has made me finalized Honda CB350. Pillion comfort is non existent on 650 twins and cruiser style bikes aren't well suited for India roads. I am also 100% sure I will buy next gen Himalyan when it gets released so i don't want to keep 2 Enfields in my garage. That's why chose CB350. Will purchase later this month.
Waiting for a hunter 650or or classic 650
We have 650 twins then why waiting
What's the title of the song and who's the artist? :)
4.08 that's funny 😁 😂
When do u think Husqvarna 401 twins will be launched in India?
Oh shit! Now I can't unsee the OCD part!
I didn't get it, can you explain
@@karthikkrishnan9001 The two exhausts are not perfectly aligned! Noticeable only when seen from behind.
I see "Corner Taken Quickly"
Seriously looks like a harley davidson superlow 883
watched few international meteor 650 reviews all talked/showed cows, snake charmer at the first 30 sec of the video 🤧
Batao, cruiser bike pe seat hi achhi nahi hai! Alag se accessories kharidna padega! 😂😂
I prefer sisy bar
Petrol bahut khaa ti hai...
Heating problem
No liquid cool system
Heavy feel
Wind screen with cuts geap ..
Stiffer site shock absorber
Long wheel base distance..
Ect ect
*Etc Etc
Buy a ktm bro
No comparison between these two meteor 350 and 650 , you can't say better than 350.
It is in almost all metrics better than Meteor 350, and has more than double the power
I've done 8500Klm on my 350 and took delivery of the 650 three weeks ago - believe me, there is a huge difference.
You forgot fuel tank capacity
Meteor 650 is more practical and a better option. Unless someone is a die hard fan of a cruiser type Motorcycle the 650 Super Meteor has many things going against it.
Low ground clearance would make life difficult on pothole ridden roads especially in monsoon.
Very heavy thereby difficult to handle. The weight increases drag on the highway and the highway fuel economy drops considerably.
All said and done people who like cruiser would love it anyway.
I think you either meant Metoer 350 or Interceptor 650 in the beginning 😄
Correct, I meant Interceptor 650.
@@rohintonmistry1314 comment edit karne ka option hota hai lol
back pain ,poor service headache and poor quality spares are bonus in RE
Interceptor > super meteor
I just do not understand why all these Indian channels show CORNERING on a CRUISER! come on for the sake of motorcycling. Cruisers are NOT for cornering!!!!
Don't buy this monster... It will hurt you...
@9:20 ughh 🤢🤢🤢
Which bike or scooter according to you ticks all boxes
1) CC 150 - 250
2) Light Weighted
3) Very coomfortable for both Rider and Pillion Seat
4) Very coomfortable sitting posture for both Rider and Pillion Seat
5) Very Good Front and Rare shock Absorbers (Softer Side)
6) Crusing Speed 80-90
7) Dual Channel ABS
8) Slipper Assist Clutch
9) Fuel Economy around 35 Kmpl
10)On Road Cost around 2 Lakhs
11)Meter Console with Gear Position Indicator, Clock, Distance to Empty.
12)Tyre type and size very decent to give good stability and grip during high speed and wet conditions.
13) Good after sale service and availability of spare parts.
14) No Engine Heating issue in traffic.
TVS Ronin is what you should check out.
Yamaha Fz S 25
Fz
Poor mileage, poor ground clearance, basic instrument cluster , good enough doesn't justify the asking price.
Who uses the word tarmac in India ?? What kind of mentality is this ? Using words which are not used for specifying something but just to sound different/superior
No thanks, these look like apologies than answers, after two 'answers' I went off, now on will think twice before clicking on ZW 'unbiased' reviews, best for ZW and RE mediocrity...long live mediocre efforts...
Absolutely. This feels like sponsored answers.
mil Gaye pese re se
I test drive re 650 it is not meant for mountains
Why bro ?
@@arnabdeka3460 I live in shimla... its not for comfort and long rides like class and meteor 350, if you are looking for looks than go for it , but if you want real tourer bike than I think use your brain and buy some adventure bike , plus Royal Enfield reliability is very poor
@@arnabdeka3460 these RUclips channel are paid, companies give them money to put charm in their brand , I think you should first think what you want from bike , after all its a machine
@@saurabhbawawohnhaftinnerem4429 Do you know the meaning of reliability atleast. I own a Classic 350 with 26000 kms on odo and Meteor with 19000 kms on odo. I have not faced any major issue and the Classic 350 having faced an accident , which was in a riding condition with brakes and clutch functioning even after the accident and left my brother with minor fractures. First get your facts right!
@@saurabhbawawohnhaftinnerem4429 bro sadly I'll have to disagree with you. Royal Enfield has really upped their game in terms of quality so if you say that such a bike is unreliable then it really is the fault of the owner and his approach towards maintaining his machine. No machine however well built it is will last if it's periodic maintenance is not taken care off. I'm an owner of a KTM Duke 390 and a RE Thunderbird both running exceptionally well.
buy meteor 350 or interceptor 650 ... thank me later
People should buy whatever the hell they want....so just buzz off
@@arijitroy4792 you can buy whatever the hell you want … i can say wahtever the hell i want so you to burger off
@@saurabhbawawohnhaftinnerem4429 so you mean to say you can blabber whatever the f you want right?
Thank you later for what? Being senseless 😂
But if I regret not buying it I'll find you
