I mean I know the final fantasy fan base (and definitely the final fantasy 7 fan base) has died down quite a bit but you put so much time and creative thought into your videos that it's crazy to think that you don't get at least 10 times the views you usually get. I only knew what lighting and fire materia did after the first mission. But today, October 4th, 2019 at 8:24 PST, I got the Materia Overlord achievement on steam. This helped me sooo much. You can also get Choco Mog in the Chocobo Sage's house by talking to his chocobo. Only if you missed it at the farm of course. Pretty much whatever chocobo you can speak to can give it to you.
For alexander materia you can also just run around trying different paths for a half n hour determined to get it because you remember seeing your big sister get it when you were 10 yr old, man my sister was really good to do all tge stuff she did back then without the help of youtube, even getting a gold chocobo and knights materia. Ahhh the good ol days.
the one thing that stands out to me about FF7 is the chocobo raising and racing. I spent so much treating all my chocobos in the stables as if they were my real pets i even took the time to walk them all for 10 minutes everyday lol. The funny thing is, i raised them all so well they were absolutely amazing when it came to race time and ive not been able to raise a half decent chocobo since. since then ive always had to resort to the race cheat where you hold down the 4 shoulder buttons but i didnt know about that as a kid... I must have done something different when i was younger.

One small thing that a lot of people aren't aware of - when you try to dig in Bone Village for Bahamut ZERO, you will *only* have a chance if you have failed to receive the Huge Blue Materia. Let's suppose you had obtained all 4 Huge Materia, but had missed out on one of the 2 Bahamuts, then you would not be able to dig for Bahamut ZERO on disk 3!

Great guide. Now we just need a guide describing what every materia does, how they interact with each other, and whether or not they stack XD. Once you showed off the mime + omnislash combo I killed Ruby weapon for the first time since I got the game in 97.
Gold Chocobo available the moment you get the Highwind at the start of disc 2. Laneface has a great tutorial vid on it. Personally done it. KOTR too soon!! LOL
I remember a guide I used once saying the huge Materia that was in the train was either the yellow or green Materia but when I failed it on my first game the blue one was missing even though the guide stated the blue was in the Rocket, my guess is the blue one will always be the last one you collect.
Yeah, when you miss only one, you always miss the blue one. They're "right"... only in the case you get the 4. The colors actually depend on their location AND on how many of them you gather. I just investigated this to know what are the exact colors: Corel -> always the green one Condor -> always the yellow one Sunken submarine -> the red one, or the blue one if you scan the red submarine after the Rocket event. Sure at 90% it can't be the others, unlike below. Rocket -> one of the colors you don't have yet! The priority order is green, yellow, red, blue.
Top 3 most common quotes: ---- can be bought at the Fort Conder shop on Disc 2 and 3 ---- can also be bought at the Rocket Town shop on Disc 2 and 3 ---- is located in the Northern Crater

Kujata is a bull with a ruby mountain on its back that lives on top of Bahamut in mythology and in some myths Bahamut is also riding a giant whale/fish creature. It is funny to think of a Final Fantasy Kujata, riding Bahamut, riding Bismarck (or maybe Leviathan).
really the best one is Ribbon. You can get 2 from chests. It can be found in the Temple of the Ancients and Gaea's Cliff, morphed from Ho-chu or Master Tonberry, and as a prize by winning ten Special Battles at Battle Square.
Graham Okeeffe personally i love to steal the circlet from the snow enemy you get alexander from on disc 2. it nets 30+ magic. tough ring stolen from reno on the gelnika gives great defense too - same one sephi uses in the flashback sequence. Gold Chocobo available the moment you get the Highwind at the start of disc 2. Laneface has a great tutorial vid on it. Personally done it. KOTR too soon!! LOL
I remember a guide I used once saying the huge Materia that was in the train was either the yellow or green Materia but when I failed it on my first game the blue one was missing even though the guide stated the blue was in the Rocket, my guess is the blue one will always be the last one you collect.
Yeah, when you miss only one, you always miss the blue one. They're "right"... only in the case you get the 4.
The colors actually depend on their location AND on how many of them you gather.
I just investigated this to know what are the exact colors:
Corel -> always the green one
Condor -> always the yellow one
Sunken submarine -> the red one, or the blue one if you scan the red submarine after the Rocket event. Sure at 90% it can't be the others, unlike below.
Rocket -> one of the colors you don't have yet! The priority order is green, yellow, red, blue.

Kujata is a bull with a ruby mountain on its back that lives on top of Bahamut in mythology and in some myths Bahamut is also riding a giant whale/fish creature. It is funny to think of a Final Fantasy Kujata, riding Bahamut, riding Bismarck (or maybe Leviathan).

really the best one is Ribbon. You can get 2 from chests. It can be found in the Temple of the Ancients and Gaea's Cliff, morphed from Ho-chu or Master Tonberry, and as a prize by winning ten Special Battles at Battle Square.
Graham Okeeffe personally i love to steal the circlet from the snow enemy you get alexander from on disc 2. it nets 30+ magic.
tough ring stolen from reno on the gelnika gives great defense too - same one sephi uses in the flashback sequence.
Ribbons are awesome, as are tetra elementals, morphed from cactuars on cactuar island south of cosmo canyon.
