I like the look of granny squares but always hesitated to make anything because I do not like weaving in so many ends. This is a game-changer for me! Thanks for sharing tips on how to get a correct granny square.

  • @patbannister1

It’s pretty but it’s way too stress inducing for me! I’d be worrying about the transition going smoothly the entire time. 🌺🌺🇨🇦

I love the concept and it’s totally worth a project to me. Only thing is, even if you perfect your tension, every round’s gonna be a nail-biter! But that same thing would get me churning them out.

I used Red Hart yarn for over 50 years. Made all kinds of crafts. So i thankyou thats my favorite yarn. My grandmother was cold so one day , i made one Big Granny square blanket for her. Thank you fir showing the entire process, from start to finish on one square. I’ve watched several reviews/demos of this yarn, and yours is the only one so far that has done this.

  • @wallysworld3435

Thank you for such a great review, explanations, and tips for this yarn. Not all the reviewers are as honest and thorough as you. Really appreciate you.

  • @KissLeo0915

Also is this by far the best tutorial on the yarn on RUclips..a lot seemed frustrated and confused but Mikey is always calm and 👍

  • @DominiqueMarieJolie

Best tutorial for this yarn. So easy to understand. Everyone else ignored the instructions and complained.

  • @marinecorpsgurl89

Just bought this yarn. I used all of Mikeys tips and it worked. I did realize that different hooks from different companies matter!

  • @DianEnglish56

Thank you for giving us the tips on how to use this yarn. Can’t wait to see the color combos they came up with.

  • @eileenbrooks849

Your demonstration of this yarn was the best I’ve seen! Thank you! !!

  • @sandaramoore9660

I saw this on another channel…at the price of $12.99…little to steep for me…me and my ends will continue to work on our relationship 🤣🤣🤣 plus I select my own combo of colors.

  • @maxinenall9950

Genius idea 😘 Someone at the Red Heart company probably had a grandma that loves to crochet but hates weaving in all the tails of a granny square and so they designed this yarn for her 🥰😂 Thanks 😘😘 love your demo Mikey 😘

  • @sylviaseri4235

Just got my yarn today at Joanns. Since I crochet a little on the loose side, I found eliminating the chain 1 inbetween clusters helped a lot. The yarn is great once you get the hang of it.

  • @whatsmamadoing3188

I can’t imagine that I would be able to do this correctly. But it was sure fun watching you do this Mikey. Thank you for the tips just in case I try it!

  • @BlueSkyLissa

Thank you this video, for providing the tips to make it easier for everyone. I love the idea, can’t wait to see what color combinations they come out with. 💜💜💜

  • @alexcarrn28

I love that you helped back in all those planning stages to get this new yarn and crocheting to work out for all of "we" crocheters'. It is just really cool to me. Thank you so much for everything that I'm always learning from you.

  • @katydidiy

This is brilliant! Looking forward to additional color combos. If you are too, make sure to buy some to encourage Red Heart to keep developing this idea. Mikey, thanks for your great tutorial so we won't give up when faced with problems. I agree, our own personal tensioning is the biggest obstacle in this and many other crocheting situations.

  • @strngenchantedgirl

Mikey how exciting that you get to trial stuff like this.
