Man I need to join this challenge...on my side of the world 😂 (Ireland). 45 years old and was a gym fan for YEARS..the past 2 years, I'm ashamed to say I got a bit lazy. BUT back at it, typing this from my home/gym bike. See if I can lose at least 8 kg 🤷🏾♀️👍🏾
In training focus on quality over quantity of reps. Focus also on negative movements. Engage abs before starting the exercise and focus on exercises that give you nausea: that means you've got a muscle unbalance right on those muscles 😅.
Have you ever heard of the book called ‘The 5 Resets: Rewire Your Brain and Body for Less Stress and More Resilience’ by Dr. Aditi Nerurkar? She did an interview 3 months ago on the Diary of a CEO podcast. She shares some great info on how you can pursue this goal without burning yourself out. She mentions stacking your goals and how humans can't take on more than 2 goals at a time. It was a very good interview. Best wishes on your challenge!

I remember when I was facing Italian's racism and I came across one of your videos in the year 2018 that encouraged Italians like you were saying Italians weren't racist. Therefore, I had to challenged you. However, you said you were gonna snitch on me which you ultimately did. In result, I got inflicted with a chronical sickness by Italians. I just wanna tell you I've been in a hospital since april 24, 2018 and I just came out october 2, 2023. I promise I won't talk about racism anymore. Nevertheless, I wish Italians could change the way they live, the way they panic black people etc....
