100 or so days ago, I started a process to transform my life through what I called "the Get My Life Together (GMLT)" challenge. In this video, I’ll be sharing my experiences, the difficulties I faced, the habits I built, and the lessons I learned along the way. Whether you’re looking to make changes in your own life or just curious about what happened to me, I hope you find inspiration and practical tips in my experience.

perfection doesn't exist... the statement every single Virgo people in the wolrd will disagree with because we purse it even perfectly knowing it's a lost battle!
    Grande Tia keep it up!!!

I find your English very easy to understand, I don’t know if you speak this way on purpose or it’s just your natural way. I use to watch your video also for this reason. I think they are very accessible 😊

Congratulations for your challenge! I do agree with you that a self-employed person's "free" schedule she has to manage is quiet challenging! But for me, being the best version of ourself can be from time to time but not continuously: we need to take rest, we need some days in pyjamas at home with a huge suitcase remaining in the living room. This concept of being the best version of ourself seems to give more pressure, but for the structure that this challenge brings in life is great and important, we need to make a better use of our freedom as human beings! You are a great and inspiring person! Im glad to follow you from years and seeing your amazing evolution, you are very fair and lucid thx for sharing your wisdom!!!

Thank you so much and I agree that we can only be our “best” sometimes which is ok! Rest, recuperation and relax are just as, if not more important for development and growth. That’s when you have time to think and get the best ideas as well ☺️ I’m glad I did this challenge and really hope other people take some time to step back, recalibrate and move forward 🙌🏾also thank you for your kind words and for sticking around until now, it means a lot!

Thx for your answer! I did the challenge myself but it did not go well: In the sport part, I pushed myself too hard and broke my feet after 4 days of 10km walk I wanted to do everyday. I used to be a serious walker but this is the bad part in growing, we can't do everything physically like before. For the organisation part and language learning resolution it went well (I started learning Chinese 😀), I gave myself week objectives more than day objectives to reschedule what needed to be. Anyhow thx for the methodology and motivation, I enjoyed it and still continue but with medical objectives instead of sport, I hope to walk back soon 😀 and I hope my experience will push people to go easy, being too fast is a reaaaal mistake plz do not repeat mine! Greetings and thx for all your videos!!!

Was very much looking forward to this video! As someone who wants to better themselves but lacks discipline, I've been trying to audit my activities and think about the person I want to become. Currently reading Atomic Habits (which I think you'd enjoy) and it's really helping me focus on building systems to become the better version of myself (vs goals). Your video affirms that life (and ourselves) aren't perfect, but the act of showing up and doing things consistently can still lead us to a better path. Glad your challenge was a success!
