- At a time when so many youtubers seem to be quitting youtube, here I am to say that I'm back... for good! Just had to take care of a few things but here's what I've been up to!

Ive lost count how many "youtube is dead" wave of vids ive seen over the years and here i am, 15+ years later, still finding new channels and entire genres to watch. And no, i dont have any other app except youtube, dont need anything else.

Hey Tia, I don't think I ever commented but I just wanted to let you know, a few years ago you did a video on university and work (can't rmr the exact title) but it was circa 2018. You mentioned making sure you worked or had an internship during university so that when you finished studying you would have job experience and can be more easily hired. I never said thank you and I want to now. I took that advice and got a summer internship which propelled my current career into finance even though I was a humanities major. That small piece of advice although it was simple really helped me out alot and I thought it fitting to say thank you.

Welcome back Tia ❤❤. I personally don't consume any other social media other than RUclips, and if I do it's 1%. I don't even have Netflix, I have youtube and that's just enough. I do have other socials but it was chaotic, draining, depressing and a total waste of my creative time. I'm still trying to learn to talk in front of the camera, small steps but in the process I'm improving my editing skills. Looking forward to watching your next videos

I totally hear you on IG and those blasted reels. Sick of them.I'm in the Booktube community on here and in the Bookstagram community on IG. I definitely prefer doing book content on RUclips. I can actually take the time to talk about the books I read. This is also why I'm going back to blogging. Video with value is exactly what people are looking for. I don't go on Tok Tok hardly at all because I can't be bothered with watching tons of short form videos. It exhausts me.
