Hectic week so I just started Day 1 today and it was amazing. Loved it 100%. I am so happy that Tracy made a comment about calories burned because it upsets me that I work so hard and other people my age burn so many more calories than I do but my resting heart rate is usually 53 so it takes time for my heart rate to get high. Thanks Tracy!!!!

Wow, great workout, although it's so hard to do the 45 second interval after doing a few days of 30 second interval workouts. I really love that 10 minute 20 second workout and to it most everyday as an add on. I would love to see a longer 20 second interval workout that wasn't necessarily a tabata. Thanks Tracy for always giving us something new and fun.

I just finished the workout. Loved it! The beginning cardio was the hardest for me. Felt like the perfect amount of ab work. I prefer more weight lifting over cardio, but I still really enjoyed the variety and challenge. Front kicks were my favorite. Lol. My shoulders are the most tired, struggled with the last 2 rounds of planks. Thanks Tracy for the great workout!

Great job! I prefer weights too, but this is great for fat burning and the cardiovascular system!
I did use some light dumbbells for some of the cardio moves, but that did mean my breaks were a little bit longer to catch my breath.
