loved this workout! man, it's been tough here in Seattle, the smoke is very very bad, trapped inside and Covid the whole time I have been stuck alone with no pets even and no car in the city, in a 2 mile radius doing telehealth from home. so much endurance and resilience has been built, so much....i will always remember you as being one of my guides through maybe the toughest period of my life. thank you for being here.

So much harder than I anticipated! Today I found the power to completely clear the length of my yoga mat with the broad jump jack backs! Thank you for so many amazing workouts!!
This was challenging! Squat row was a great power exercise and by the end when we got to the lastcardio circuit I was gassed! The bear plank jump really got into the quads! Thank You !
I hate cardio but I really have to make myself do those exercises, and here I can find the perfect combination of strength and cardio training, thank you!

Always a great workout, Tracy! Very quad heavy - my legs are dying! Love the longer format. Can you do a workout that is ab heavy? My quads get lots of exercise with your bear crawls, jump squats, plie squats, 3 point pulse (yikes!!) but I'd love to see more ab focused if possible sometimes?

As always, Tracy delivers on combining strength with cardio, which is my favorite type of workout 💖👍. Wow, that cardio push at the end there really got me! I admit, I had to modify and take a few quick breaks. But I made it to the end, and the cool down and stretch was such a reward 😁
