I really loved hearing about the journey of the lady you mentioned, Tracy. My husband was like 'That sounds like you!!' I, too, used to restrict my eating and hated it. Couldn't enjoy life and now I have found that balance. Being afraid of food is not the way. Pasta, bread; they aren't the enemy! I say you eat what you enjoy in moderation. Eat a brownie, eat a cupcake, have a glass of wine. Life is too short not to enjoy your life and who cares if you aren't a size 0, right? If COVID has taught us anything, its that life is precious and we should all live it as best we can because some people are robbed of that opportunity far too soon. I don't want to end my comment on a negative note, so thank you for another great workout!

LOVED IT! I really like these especially when you do 45/15. Recently the 30/10 is way too fast (weird) and I didn't need to catch my breath as much on this one. Plus, any time we do strength I love the longer sets. The moves were super fun and super fast! Thank you for sharing your member's story and yours. I believe this story will resonate with a lot of women. I have been this way and I hate/hated it. And what's so sad is the longer you diet and restrict the harder it is to find your cues again and to 'trust' what you feel and hear your body saying. Social media and the fitness industry can make this even harder. More often than not, they are pushing the restriction and developing the fear around food. I dropped so much of that during the pandemic and I am still so thrilled you are out here making this amazing content and making us women AND THE MEN 😜stronger INSIDE and OUTSIDE. I will definitely be eating intuitively because I'm learning what helps me feel best inside! I just had my second Mastectomy surgery and I am back at working out with you. Let the community know that every female can do them because you do modify. I am 60 years old and I am back. Everyone's bodies are different so listen to your own body.

This is a more challenging w/out for me for all the cardio for sure. I loved hearing about her story. I did very much the same thing in my later 20's early 30's. Everything was measured, all calories counted. Didn't think I could have bread, pasta, rice. No butter. When we moved, it kinda changed because our routine changed. That's when I realized it was so restrictive. For me, I relaxed just a bit and I had to learn how to balance it better.
Since the beginning of the pandemic and leaving the gym, I’ve been working out to Sydney Cummings, along with walking and running. I do love her, but so happy I discovered you now, too. This was a fantastic workout that went by so quick! I’ll definitely be trying out all of your workouts. I love the variety!

Woohoo, that was an awesome workout Tracy! It got my HR way up there, and the sweat was dripping 😅. I liked the talk at the end, too. I have been on a long journey with my eating, and when I was younger I was definitely much more restrictive, and not as happy. I have found a comfortable place with my food now, and I feel much better in both my body and my mind!
This went by so quick. Definitely a moe sweaty /cardio workout than strength. Love it. As for your talk about eating intuitively , being a member , you and I had this discussion before . I felt guilty not counting macros , writing down what I eat , etc. However, eating intuitively just works for me and I feel good so that's it . Thank you for this workout.
My favorite format! Thank you 😊! This workout had a lot of fun moves! I liked the 2 frog squats 2 jacks, the scissors frog squat and the burpee move at the end. I also liked the longer workout.
Wow I got an enormous burn on that one 645kcal. Felt good but not at the beginning took me a while to get into it today. That was me not your workout. Loved it! 💕 Thank you x
