Got my catfish thawing out as we speak. Should have seen me going through the frigerator of the make sure I had a lemon and parsley. Don't have fresh parsley but I have dried parsley in the cabinet that's going to have to do. I even thought about chopping up some spinach a substitute to the parsley. I cannot wait to taste it I know it's delicious
I didn’t have all the same ingredients as the gentleman but I used store brand lemon pepper and put some parsley in my wanna be compound butter and OOOOH MAMA was this fire!!! You guys I don’t know how to cook but his recipe was so simple. I can’t keep dining out in this economy and this man helped me feed myself. Two thumbs up 👍🏾
This was fantastic only problem was spreading the butter on the fish so I put in microwave and poured it on the fish. My wife never ate so fast in her life 😆
Oh wow I have never tried Catfish before they look really good but what amazed me was the compound Lemon butter with all the herbs you added to be honest I could have watched more the close up of the Fish fillet drizzled with the Lemon butter was just mind blowing thanks for sharing big like from me.
