Hi, really wanna know can I skip scan 2??Because it said that the program runs on 64 bit version of windows 10/ windows server 16 and newer. Im using windows 8.1
I found some suspicious files in the background when I go in task mode and it has detected no viruses yet which is odd because it does slow down my device. Edit: my laptop's security virus defender automatically took it out even though I didn't complete the scan which is weird but it is all gone now and I am glad it is.

I disagree about removing Malwarebytes. Indeed, I suggest upgrading to premium. I did and it catches problems in real-time on my browser as well as regular scans. I set it to run on non-use hours so it doesn't slow anything up. It weekly finds bad web pages, adware, etc. I use it and recommend it.
Because not every malware detecting software can successfully detect every type of malwares available . That's why you download those two. In short , malware bytes can't accurately detect 100 percent of the malware out their in web.
when u click delete it is never permanently removed thats how police and HDD recovery industries can find what you may have deleted so this makes sense i reinstall windows ever 6 months to get a totally clean PC faster and less hassle

You could also try vacuuming dust or using canned air it might make it run better
