Physio initially used an NMES device with electrodes attached to hamstrings to initiate knee flexion for walking, now I'm using a wireless Bioness cuff attached to my upper leg and I can bend my knee for walking without issue@@niki-nk1oc
Thank you for all what you teach . You are blessed with patience and a humble nature . You understand and teach exercises . Keeping in mind that we are facing a Problem.in this aspect and how to go about the same. I wish, I could learn physio under you. Thank you so much once again. Please explain how to go about the problem i am facing . Thank you so much 🙏
You don’t need to lift your knee. Just trying and thinking about lifting your knee will work on creating new pathways from your brain to your knee so that you will be able to lift your knee in the future that’s the power of neuroplasticity.
I feel perfect when I am seated, but as soon as I stand up and walk the pain starts in legs (from thighs to calves). I need a wall or something strong to hold then. I cannot stand for long without a support. 😢 Lower body is kind of got weak I guess. Pain in lower body/lower torso is becoming constant. But I am not giving up at all! ❤
Looks like a great exercise but I'm concerned about getting on and off the floor due to my leg is locked in a straight position eg if I get on the floor I struggle to bend my leg to get up. Do you have any other exercises to help with this leg locked in a straightened position where I don't have to lie on the floor ?
Curious if this exercise will help or hinder a healing MCL. I tore it when I was able to unlock my knee last summer. I still have a little pain but nothing a little Tylenol can't fix
R&R MS: After Jiu jitsu, I jog home but my left leg is at 60-75% and I’m almost limping. I can’t nail down which piece of the leg is the problem. Yes the ankle snap up is an issue but not the only issue. Should I just try to do a lot of squats ?
This is it! I have one symptom and this is it. Thank you, this was very much needed.
Cannot say enough thanks. Walking is soooo difficult. My knee flection is crap and I'm going to start here. Thanks again!
THANK YOU
Very good to know. Thank you 😊 This was helpful.
Thank you for this exercise, huge issue, leg just won't flex or knee bend and I walk like a tin soldier
Will start working on this 🦵
Same thing happened to me until I used functional electrical stimulation with my neuro physio - all fixed now
What stimulation did you use?

Thank you, Coach T, for all that you and your team do!❤
Yes i am facing the problem big time
Thank you,God Bless🙏
Except if you can’t do this at all because knee doesn’t lift and the heel is cemented to the floor-Put your legs over a large ball and then try this👍

@@philfarina3470There is a point in the progressive disease course where this no longer works.

Is there a variation that can be done seated? Unless I have significant help getting up I can't do floor work at all.
How often should you do this exercise in order to get your knee flexing as best as possible?

I have to much spasticity in the quads. Can't do this one.

Sir mera leg hip per nhi laga pata hu
I am not able to flex my limbs on bed . It just slides straight
That’s why you need to put a bolster or pillow under your knee first so your knee starts in a flex position
This is what happens to me as well
