This video from Coach Trevor and the MS GYM will teach you a key exercise to build your leg strength, the squat. To learn to squat we are going to start with baby(top 1/2) squats.
The squat is required in many things you do throughout the day: getting in/out of bed, on/off the toilet or picking something off the floor. THIS IS A HIP DRIVEN EXERCISE.
Whether you just received a multiple sclerosis diagnosis or have been previously diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, on a multiple sclerosis drug treatment plan, treating multiple sclerosis through HSCT or through diet changes exercise is extremely important and should also be in your toolbox for dealing with your multiple sclerosis diagnosis. Live your live by design and NOT BY DIAGNOSIS.

can weight lifting cause a relapse ? I did it on leg day and the day after my left leg felt num and it’s been four days now ! I’m going to see my neurologist to see why
