-Not everyone reacts equally to all 4 of these foods, so it is important to still track!
-Food sensitivity tests are notoriously difficult to interpret in the pro-inflammatory state.
-OK to re-introduce some of these foods, when time is right.
You may consider a protease supplement (Top pick: PBenzymes.com).

I have been suffering from multiple sclerosis since 2016. I have been waiting for your words, and now I fast 12 hours a day, that is, from dawn to sunset, and I walk for about two hours a day. I will commit to not eating eggs, beef, or milk. After two months, I will present my experience to you so that you can circulate it to your followers. And thank you very much

For people who have any kind of egg sensitivity (like myself), whites are usually the culprit. If you want to start adding it back in, start with the yolk, not the whites. Also, I'm surprised you listed beef, but not sugar. Sugar feeds inflammation big time and should be eliminated. Beef on the other hand, has many important properties that are good for your health. Only if you have an obvious beef sensitivity or allergy should you cut it out. Legumes and night shades are also a big problem for some.

Even before my diagnoses, my body started to revolt. I could not even think about eating some of the foods I had been w out becoming physically ill and if I’d force myself, I’d pay extra. So I just stopped fighting and walked away from all the foods I loved. I eat the same things every. single. day. And Omgoodness I’m finally able to get out of bed…even sat outside and painted my nails - fingers and toes! First time in YEARS. Thanks for this video…maybe I can add some variety now. Tho I’m so dang picky… 🤞 Here’s hoping 😃
Edit I haven’t drank milk or eaten ice cream cheese etc for over a year, prolly longer for milk ice cream. Cheese is a lil harder to do w out. I don’t miss it at all. I eat free roam eggs & super duper thinly sliced bacon and one slice of whole wheat honey toast just to help stay full. I rarely eat lunch though I’ll snack. The only snack I can handle are chocolate covered raisins. I eat a container (from sams club) every week or so. And for dinner, the only meal I can handle is stuffed cabbage, asparagus and mashed potatoes…. Awww man, I thought I was doing good w asparagus 😩 dang it. I’ll chek into the medicine.

My body likes mostly vegetables, chicken, and nuts as nut butters, potatoes.. and I discovered looks much like the FODMAP diet - so I guess I'm unable to break down these various sugars. Also, I need to start the day w/ veggie broth, some protein, and then carb - if I eat anything carby in the am it's a trigger. Thanks for the info on protese. What enzymes (as supplement or food) help break these sugars?

Bad - inflammatory foods (including meat of most kinds).

Dairy may also affect the gall bladder and casein may swell the brain/body. Dairy may lower Mg which helps. No gluten/dairy/soy/sugar/GMO/food with a label/heated oils may help. Gluten is in wheat/barley/rye...oats/corn/rice. Rice is low in gluten. Wild rice has no gluten...is a grass. Hidden gluten in nuts not sold in the shell//meat basting/some spices/air/lotion/food with a label/gluten free food. LDN may help block low amounts of gluten.

are these good sources of protease:
Papaya: Papaya contains an enzyme called papain, which is a type of protease. It is often used as a meat tenderizer and is also present in some digestive enzyme supplements.
Pineapple: Pineapple contains bromelain, a mixture of proteolytic enzymes, which can help in the digestion of proteins. Bromelain is available in supplement form as well.
Kiwi: Kiwi fruit contains an enzyme called actinidin, which has proteolytic properties and can aid in protein digestion.
Mango: Mango contains enzymes like amylases and proteases, which can contribute to the digestion of carbohydrates and proteins.
Ginger: Ginger contains the protease zingibain, which may assist in protein digestion. It is commonly used in cooking and can be consumed fresh or in powdered form.
Honey: Raw honey may contain small amounts of protease enzymes, contributing to its potential digestive benefits.
Fermented Foods: Some fermented foods, such as miso, tempeh, and sauerkraut, contain natural enzymes, including proteases, which can aid in digestion.
Yogurt: Certain types of yogurt contain live cultures of beneficial bacteria, including some with protease activity, which can assist in breaking down proteins.

So even if you don't have an autoimmune disease, you should consider going vegetarian or vegan. For many reasons, not just your own health status.

I can't name a single food, that would be associated with my MS, as there is no clear connection, besides:
      1) I have not had new MS crisis for over past 3 years (since late 2019), on contrary - there supposedly is a remyelinisation process taking place at least in some damaged areas of my spinal cord, yet I'm getting worse? Why? Because past damage was so large, it seems some almost isolated parts of my nerves are still dying off, despite no new MS inflammations.
      2) it is really hard to tell what food does and what is just consequences of damaged spinal cord (constipation and inability to tell if you need to go to WC or not is a well known problem for people with damaged spine, and when you need to go to toilet, your muscles just might not work properly, as nothing from my neck down does, including my ass) and IBS (irritable bowel disease - again, inability to tell if you really need to go to WC or those are just gases), which I also got, lucky me.
