    Let's make a chili jam with The perfect balance of sweet and sour flavours and a good kick of heat!
    I used 100g of hot Tabasco peppers, they are small but do not underestimate them.
    I kept the seeds and only removed the stem. of the hot peppers
    I also used 500g of sweet red pepper
    Put all the peppers in a food processor,pulse together until everything has been minced into small pieces. Take care not to over blend - do not puree the mixture.
    Add 1/3 cup of sweetener, you can increase it to 1/2 cup if you prefer it sweeter. Also add 1/3 cup vinegar.
    Shake a little and put on the stove at medium heat.
    Stir in the pot from time to time.
    You can see that the peppers have released liquid, and as they cook, the pectin in the peppers begins to thicken the mixture.
    After about 45 minutes we have the desired consistency, we can turn off the stove.
    Pour into sterilized jars and enjoy!
    Ingredients
    100 g/ 3.5 oz chili
    500g/ 1.1 lbs sweet peppers
    1/3- 1/2 cups sweetener ( i used erytritoland stevia)
    1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
