    Honestly, Porto prepared this game really well. But Amorim has been evolving so much as of late. His capabillity of adapting mid game and exploiting new weakness is amazing. Truly a manager for the biggest teams in the world

    Ruben Amorim's tactic sometimes gets boring because, our players will not progress unless they find the space to do it, our players induce the opponent to error and exploit it. But it sure almost always end up with a shot on target which over 50% of them ends up in goal so, it is a very patient but effective tactic. Ruben Amorim is genious.
    edit: Also, you forgot talkin g about how Sporting, when creating play, opens up a space in the middle of the defensive lineup for Morita to support the team when the opponent has a high line of pressure, making sure the opponent doesn't take the ball away or make our players loose the ball. (nvm, you did mention, i got ahead of myself xD)
    Also you can see here how much Morita offers to the play, something that you don't notice right away during the match, he's a beast, he's everywhere!

    • @iScout-en
      @iScout-en  2 месяца назад +3

      Great points! Amorim's tactics are based on patience and control, and in my opinion, these are essential aspects for breaking down well-organized and well-coached defensive blocks. Moving the ball with intent-whether through positioning or coordinated movements-is key to breaking defensive structures. With Gyökeres, Sporting also have the option to play more directly, as he serves as a great reference both in build-up play and in exploiting depth, especially when he drifts wide. As for Morita, he’s a truly complete player, excelling in the build-up phase, performing well even under pressure, working between the lines, and even joining the attack with penetrating runs. Well said!

Bragança has done several times last matches. Also morita had to do it last match.

    O 4-1 não é normalmente feito em zonas mais altas, é feito nas zonas mais baixas para alargar a linha defensiva para a equipa adversária ter mais espaço para cobrir e combater as pressões altas, neste jogo não se viu mt pq o Porto não pressionou alto mas noutros jogos eles saem assim a jogar

      @curatedxkris71 24 дня назад +3

      @ Would always favour a situation which sees Rashford out of the side because of his lack of discipline and actually, I don't know what I was thinking, of course that's Garnacho's spot. Amad for me offers natural width as the RM, though of course you consider both him and Dalot for that role. The LM is the biggest concern area though. Shaw and Malacia injuries present great imbalance to the side. Amorim shown he will blood youth though... maybe Amass could get an opportunity.

    Sporting tatics are based on Gyokeres. He is the one creating spaces to the others. He is not the best tecnhical player but he is a very smart one and physically he's probably the most impressive player I've seen in Portugal. Yes Pote and Trincão are very good players but without Gyokeres, Amorim would not have the success that he's having. Plus he doesn't know how to defend with fewer players. Yes, Amorim knows how to work around Gyokeres but that is all he can do. Gyokeres carries this team and not Amorim.

    • @tomasfuzetadaponte6160
      @tomasfuzetadaponte6160 Месяц назад +2

      Me when I don’t understand football. Amorim has won the championship before Gyokeres and did the same 85 points the year after that. As seen in the video having an explosive striker who can create spaces is key and Gyokeres is truly a monster but a total collapse of Sporting without Gyokeres is a brainless take. Claiming a coach who has won 2 primeira ligas and rebuilt a club from nothing to be stupid is an opinion of someone who knows 0 football. Additionally given the several changes in sporting since Amorim took over assuming he would bet everything on one man would be dumb. The only thing agreeable on your comment is that yes there will be tactic changes after Viktor leaves, but as we did before we will adapt and play decent football maybe not at this level but still enough to fight for the title.

      @@Rsquared991 all I see are excuses at least he didn’t cry like a baby about a pandomia while being one of the highest paid people in Portugal. We were better than you in 2021, 2022, 2024 and might be in 2025. Either through pandemics, wars and having better scouting (didn’t know it was illegal) we beat you, but sure we suck, we are the only club who can afford players and immune to pandemics. Meanwhile you outspent everyone and still only won a league title in 5 years 🥱🥱. Go learn some football little kid

      Unstoppable is an expression, it's just a title. Sporting have dominated the league, at the moment they have 5 games, 5 wins, 19 goals scored and they really are the best team at the moment (it's not just 1 game as you say). But it would really be more interesting to discuss tactical issues, to understand why things happen, than to focus on a title and not on the content of the video.
