Paul, gonna say this once, 20 years ago I watched my wife lose her eyesight from a degenerative eye disease, I can't tell you in words the amount of pain and suffering one endures from losing vision. I can tell you, if you have a choice to see tomorrow after you grind a weld or not, choose to see, Paul if you read this and decide to wear glasses like it is your religion, it will have made my wife's experience just a little less painful. Trust me losing your sight is a cliff you fall from not a slope you slide down. I turned wrenches for a living and before I was educated about eye loss suffering, I was just like you, but no more, I have safety glasses EVERYWHERE!!! I still weld, grind, and drill all the time, but I take the walk to get the specs. ps LOVE your channel! You guys Rock!

There may be secondary reasons to protect one's eyes from metal damage and that is should one need an MRI a diagnostic procedure may be limited because they want to know about past encounters in that regard. Being stubborn about not using seat belts and goggles is foolish.

As a kid I would throw a rubber ball against the brick garage wall. I'd been told about it but did it anyway. I had a ten foot target wall with a window in the middle of the wall. I can still remember the flight that ball took as it crashed through the window and sent glass into the open window of my dad's car. Needless to say, I had it all cleaned up before I faced the order of the court.

I probably curse too much in my personal life and hearing someone else swear doesnt really bother me but when i watch these channels and realize they never curse or really get too raunchy in their banter, it makes me feel like they are going that extra step to ensure they are putting out good content, i like it.

one hard lesson to learn but well worth it. Anger will make you do everything you don't want to do. and make you look like a fool in the process. been there wish I hadn't. after, it was too late. I know it might sound crazy now, but you'll thank your dad in years to come. it is something we all feel and must learn to control. you're a good kid and this is but a step in the stairs that is your life. good luck young man. I like your character. you are smiling in almost all of the videos I see you in. wish you nothing but the best for your future.
