Enable secure boot status in lenovo | Not secure boot | Simple Bios setting

- Firstly, you need to try enabling the OS-optimized default option in the Exit tab of the BIOS. The BIOS interface may change depending on your PC’s model and brand. If the first method does not work, then try the second method, which involves restoring your factory keys in the Security tab. I hope either of these methods will work for you. You can check the Secure Boot status by typing 'System Information' in Windows search and selecting the corresponding option. This will display the details of your PC, where you can find the Secure Boot status condition. Have a nice day.
After i have finally succeeded here's the analysis.
First type system information in windows search bar.
Go down to the secure boot state part and see if it is off( probably will be since you are here)
Then go to your bios ( see a video on how to do that)
In your pc bios if your secure boot is enabled, but you secure boot status is disabled. This is what you have to do:
Restore the factory default keys (last option)
Save and exit

lenovo setup utility -
just go to recovery options -> advanced startup -> restart now
once in the blue screen go to troubleshoot -> advance -> UEFI Firmware -> Restart
(check boot category and if its legacy support then change to UEFI)
go to security -> secure boot -> enable
