For anyone using Lenovo LOQ or LEGION Series. This what worked for me : 1. Open BIOS and go to security 2. Make sure secure boot is Enabled and Device Guard is Disabled 3. If the Secure Boot status is still Disabled even the option was already Enabled. Find and press return factory keys then click yes. This worked for me

Why saying Nonsense??, I have tried many different methody, even more then you, I had the issue for like 1 year, then at last my this method worked. I could not even record it properly as I was trying again and again, failing again and again. I was not even in mood of makin a video to upload, but ultimately thought of uploading as there's no proper video to solve this issue, on YT. And if it works it's not nonsense.

agar bitlock enable hay toh disable kar lo, phir karna 2nd step. Mera blue screen aa gaya tha aur recovery key mang raha tha, jo merako microsoft ke website pe mil gaya:)
