This fixed my issue!! Mine was a bit different and I had to change it to custom secure boot mode and then back to standard. Only then was my system mode changed from startup to user.
Still not worked, after set to enable secure booth and restarted , display turn to black. And i return the boot by qflash, is turn normal but secure booth is disable. Please help
I was upset because I couldn't play the game because of that error, but I feel good because I solved it after watching this video. Thank you for your help and have a nice day❤️
I'M LIKE "WHAT THE FUUU??!" FINALLY! MY SECURE BOOT IS ON!! THANK YOU SO MUCH. YOU EARNED MY RESPECT AND SUBS! YOU'RE QUICK AND STRAIGHT TO THE POINT. THE FACT THAT WE BOTH HAVE GIGABYTE MOBO MAKES IT A LOT EASIER
Thank you so much, yesterday I followed what the normal gigabyte bios told me to do and so I enrolled a PK key which had bricked my computer and had to reflash BIOS. With your guide, it worked beautifully and now windows actually says I have it on
Note: if the secure boot mode says Standard already and you still hadn't enabled secure boot and you enabled it, it will not work to fix this enable secure boot first then set the secure boot mode to custom disable it secure boot again then turn on secure boot again then make the secure boot mode to standard and it will now say user or setup as long no active it will work now go to system information and it should tell that your secure boot is now enabled or on
how to fix it my secure boot state is still off and i cant on it cause when i try to go to bios and then when i go down it keeps skipping the secure boot state
I was watching your previous video but had this problem and it was still off, now after I clicked the link that led me here it completely worked! thank you and keep it up.
Thank you for the great explanation! I had Secure Boot on, but not active. So I just turned it off then on again using your instructions and now it's working! Much appreciated!
Thank u!!! The tutorials i saw never mentioned about setup mode and user/deployed stuff. Didn’t know had to trigger that even though the secure boot thing is enabled
Seriously the best of the best, I don’t really sub people, but I had to make a account just to sub you your a superstar, much appreciated my head was hurting till I came across your video
I love this channel so much I’m very new to PCs actually just built my first ever and this is so simple straight to the point and now I can play Valorant with my PC friends :)
Thanks so much, fifa works again. If anyone is having problem with still not activating secure mode, just go to bios boot settings and change boot type from uefi with csm to only uefi. Then you can activate secure mode just like the video.
I was so frustrated for 2 days cuz multiple times I tried to enable it from bios but it showed off in the device was even considering reinstalling windows 11.....thank you for helping out, u just earned a sub
What worked for me running a MSI board with Intel Chip. Change the Secure Boot Mode from Standard to custom. Then change it from custom back to Standard. You should get a pop-up that says it will install all default keys when you next restart your machine. Press F10 to save and exit. It will probably tell you that you have made no changes. Click save and exit or okay. When it restarts Secure Boot should show as enabled in the Windows 32 Settings.
THANK YOU SOOO MUCHHH, MUCHAS GRACIAS hace un mes compre fifa 23 y no habia podido jugarlo hasta que tu me diste la solucion, que siempre te vaya bien en la vida.
For those already in standard mode. Change it to custom mode and then back to standard mode. Click No on reset without saving like the video. And then save and exit. This fixed the problem for me.
Dude this actually worked thanks so much all of my friends were getting mad at me for not playing valorint and I was getting mad and now I finally got it thank you so much
Thank you so much! What happened to me is that thought secure boot was enabled and the user mode was Standard, it wasn't working. All that I needed to do was disabling secure boot, selecting Custom, reboot my PC and then reactive and selecting Standard.
oh my god thank you so much! this has been pissing me off for the past few months and and this is the only tutorial that worked. For me i had a different gigabyte bios version (one that is red idk what one) i had to switch the mode to custom then select reset to factory keys or something then went back to the other option and it said user instead of deployed and then i rebooted and it worked. I am so happy this has made it impossible to play valorant with my friends and i was close to going back to windows 10.
You set yours to custome, but mine was automatically to standard, so all I did was turn it to custom and then standard again, and it got fixed, so thank you!
unable to make Secure Boot deployed because I'm getting a different issue when putting Secure Boot Mode to Standard, the message is "Secure Variable Update Locked Down, Try again after reboot." any fixes or solutions on this issue?
If you fix this exact issue please reply to me my friend. I upgraded cpu and ram now I have this secure boot issue when it worked previously with it enabled fine. I can’t restore factory keys or anything. “secure variable update is locked down try again after system reboot”
I’m on ASRock and I’ve done everything, but my system mode doesn’t change over to deployed when I’m in standard mode. Is there something I need to change with the keys in custom by chance?
If you have any further questions or issues, please ask in the comments!
