If you've ever found yourself scratching your head over why your computer says Secure Boot is on but somehow it's not working, you're in the right place. I'll walk you through the reasons behind this frustrating issue and share three effective methods to get Secure Boot up and running as it should be.
We'll start by enabling Secure Boot directly from the BIOS settings, ensuring that your system is safeguarded against untrusted software right from the start. If that doesn't do the trick, I'll guide you through disabling the Compatibility Support Module (CSM), which might be preventing Secure Boot from activating properly. And finally, I'll show you how switching your platform to UEFI mode can align your system's firmware with Secure Boot's requirements, ensuring enhanced security during boot-up.
Don't forget, safeguarding your data is crucial, so I'll also share how you can back up your PC using Wondershare UBackit. This simple tool can save you from potential data loss, keeping your files safe and sound.

Hi there, thank you for your question! Enter into the Bios from the bios navigate to the security tab choose the disable option under Computrace and then save your changes before exiting out of the Bios.
