Thanks for the news from DCS. Of all the modules that are about to arrive, it is the F-4 Phantom that interests me the most.
The Kola map is looking really interesting from those pictures they released. I am waiting to go on a cruise tour of the map once it launches. It is about time ed give Supercarrrier module some good love. New flight directors is going to be fun.
So excited about the F4, and the more interactive deck crew and, for reasons even I don't understand, the new wind and dust physics close to the ground. Seeiing that apache come in to land makes me smile so.
I asked on Twitter, and 9Line mentioned that ground crew is something they are hoping to look into in the future for land, which would be awesome. It would be really cool to have the ability to place guys on land bases who go through animations of loading planes and doing maintenance, along with ground crews to help guide through startup.
Thats a crazy level of immersion; sign me up immediately.
Hope the Kola map is releasing sooner rather than later! Carrier crew looks great.

KOLA map is something I'm really looking forward to because I am Norwegian and I am looking forward to flying f 16 and upcoming f 104 from Bodø! It will be a lot of fun.

I love how heatblur is making sure multicrew works on launch. Dcs is so much different and has loving devs unlike most of the modern games out there

Hype for Kola map. Flying with green grass and trees and not on the Caucasian map can bring a beautiful landscape. The desert and sand is a little enough :)

I really want the carrier plane directors to work. That will definitely make the carrier experience way better.
Be cool to see the carrier elevation implemented. I know if there are too many planes on deck the AI planes do use the elevator, but it'd be cool to have players able to spawn in and have their plane come up from the elevator.
That’s the plan from my understanding. To be able to spawn in the hangar, and be directed up top. And vice versa, upon landing being directed to a parking area or going back into the hangar if you choose.
