    Love this quilt, especially with the added chenille it! Do you have the pattern of the quilt you used? The pattern is interesting, and your choice of colors is fabulous!

    April, I’m behind on binding and would like to try this method. Would you recommend it? Thanks!

    What do u do after sewing the chenilleit into the quilt top to make it bloom? Just wash n dry it?

    • @aprilscraftroom
      @aprilscraftroom  Год назад

      Exactly-- when you wash it makes the fuzzy effect

      Thanks so much ! I just watched the video again. I missed some info the first time around. I hope I can still do this without a surger. This quilt is so cute ! 😊

    I'd love to invest in a serger and yours appears to be a work horse. What brand and model would you recommend?

      I bought the Babylock Celebrate on sale and I LOVE IT. It has the air threading which makes threading a breeze and it can plow through just about anything. I would highly recommend it. Good luck and let me know what you end up getting.

    Does she use 2 on each side?

    Can’t you go back and fix the edge so the serger stitching doesn’t show or can’t the Chenille It be removed.

    • @aprilscraftroom
      @aprilscraftroom  3 года назад

      If I did anything I would add more chenille it to make it thicker. But I am not a perfectionist and this quilt will be used by a 5 year old who won’t notice there are imperfections. I am sure the chenille it could be removed but I don’t think it could be reused. Thank you for watching and commenting.
