I'm so confused. ... Control Alt delete isn't an option since the screen is BLANK/BLACK. I just reset my laptop and took it back to factory settings, but I still have a black screen and the accessibility lady voice said something about pressing this, that it the other but I still can't see anytime on the screen
My battery is draining too fast and everytime i open my laptop black screen comes up , while I'm am able to start with the help of win control shift and B keys. My question why this is happening if i change my battery will it fix the problem???

None of these worked unfortunately. But I did have a Guest account on my laptop which seems to be running flawlessly. Luckily this is primarily a Browser laptop so I’m just going to do a hard reset since I really don’t know what the primary issue is on my main profile.

My laptop is Dell G3 15 windows 10 .. when i press power button the BIOS screen [the black screen that is supposed to have the word Dell in the middle] is all black with white parts on the edges of the screen, and it keeps like that for few seconds and the windows log in normally, the screen is all good, all videos and game work properly. I cannot do anything in the BIOS system, i cannot install a new windows cuz i cannot see what is in the BIOS screen.
It's the same for me. I pressed task manager but it's still now showing. However they say it usually will load after 1 hour. But for real the update is a time waster.

i fixed it too , i bought an 8gb flash disk , downloaded win 10 on my bro's pc , and kept my old files and everything @@Rand0.Mality.74
